I have been taking my autos (recently my Escalade and my Lexus) to International for several years. Their work is top rate, always done when they say it will be done, returned cleaner than when I dropped it off, and Im always happy. I had taken my cars to other shops and its was always one problem or another-either not done on time, or the work wasnt perfect, the car returned filthy, or they were simply rude. International has also done a lot of mechanical work for me that was first quoted by the dealer for astronomical prices. They are always straight up, honest, and the best value. When I deal with them on mechanical issues my questions are always answered-Im not given the rabbit hole, money pit, if this doesnt work then we will experiment with that, run around. They have even gotten me a great deal on car rentals. My insurance company has always approved their estimates. I purchase my cars, I dont lease, and keep them for several years. Having a partner like International allows me to keep my cars in perfect condition and like new. You will be happy working with them! Thank you International! I could not let the day pass without writing this review. First off, I have two vehicles and when it comes to any kind of body work I go see Ali at ICF. Ive had insurance claims that Ive gone to him for but recently, my Mustang had been experiencing some issues retaining water in the body and Ive been to several different places including two dealerships before I finally went to the shop that I trust, and a person who always has the answer (Ali). They back up their work and I have never had any issues with their customer service. Today Ali guided Tony and Primo in flushing out the water from the body of the car and taking their time to find the source of the problem. I know that they had plenty of other things that they could have been doing because this place is definitely not slow, but they gathered together to find out what the issue was on my Mustang. Whenever I go in there I feel like family; the team is so down to earth and genuine. This is my shop for sure... a trusted, and expert group of people that I would work with any day.

BEWARE, the 5 star ratings you see are from the employees that work here trying to boost up there shops rating. The workers here are awful. They claimed they put new parts in my brand new car, even though they were used and rusted; trying to lie and save money. I took it to another shop and was confirmed that it was used parts. I know some shops will lie and say that, trying to talk bad about other shops to make it sound like their shop is more genuine. However, I took my car to my friend who is a mechanical engineer and he also confirmed these parts were NOT new and they didnt even install them correctly. Very disappointed, I now have to go and get my car fixed at another shop and basically pay twice the amount to get my car fixed. When I called the workers they denied incorrect installation and refused to work with me to come to a compromise. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

International Collision has really taken care of me this past month. I came to them with a smashed in quarter panel on the back of my car. What really separated this collision shop out of the 5 I visited for estimates was that Ali let me behind the counter and educated me on what needed to be fixed and exactly how much it would cost doing it (with generous discounts). He then agreed to clean and detail the car at no added cost ending up with my car looking brand NEW and one happy customer. I then returned a week later because I noticed my hood release did not work as I attempted to get my oil changed, but they fixed the hood release AND did the oil change for only $29. So happy with my service!

During a heavy blizzard during the winter of 2008 my wife get into accident resulting in a large damge in our Honda accord I call international Ali take care of the rest class A+ service towel the car and send a rental car right away and what the did with the car is shocking since than any car repair Ali is my goto please not only body shop the only place I trust with my car oil change, breake and any repair international Collison. For the price and quality of work that they do international Collision beyond what I expected. They are definitely a collision shop with A+ customer service and quality. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with any car problem!!!!!!!

I have been bringing my vehicles to Ali the owner for well over a decade. He really cares about the craftsmanship and quality of the work his shop does. He and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and willing to go that extra mile to make sure the job is done correctly the first time. I highly recommend bringing your wrecked vehicles to him, it will end up being the one positive thing that came out of having an accident. He treats you with respect and you can tell he actually cares about you and the work being done at his shop. He has a real passion for cars and fixing them. After an accident or a mechanical break-down, your stress and anxiety levels are unusually high. They can adversely affect your decision-making...that said, what I think youll appreciate the most about working with Ali is that hes not going to tell you what you want to hear, hes going to tell you what you need to know, and in the end, when you get through it all and get your car back, youll realize how valuable that is.

I have used International Collison & Frame several times. My vehicle always comes out looking like new. On one of my vehicles I had $28,000 worth of damage to a Camry. His crew basically had to rebuild the entire back end of my car. It looked and drove perfect. ICFY meets their deadlines and estimates true and true. They are good honest people there and I have always been happy with their services. Ali, runs a professional dedicated team that works very hard to get your vehicle back like new again.

Without exception, we have always been very satisfied with the work completed. The level of quality work can only be out done by the professional service and attention from the staff. This place is super busy fixing cars but they were able to get my truck towed right away and fixed ahead of schedule. With the amount of work they needed to complete I had figured they would go well past the target date but they surprised me to say the least. The other thing is that they work with many insurance companies so the process was a breeze; they did all the work needed and I didnt even have to speak with my insurance company. Wish all body shops were this easy to use.
