My experience with Elite in Covington was both positive and educational. My car looks great!. Looks like a new car again. I had never been in an accident so I did not know what to expect or what questions to ask. They explained the process to me and the various stages needed to repair my car along with providing me a time estimate and things I need to take into consideration. When I stopped by for the initial quote it was fast and very in depth . Every aspect of the quote was explained and thier reppresentative was very knowledgeable and professional. I felt at home when I walked in the door which brought my stress level down a great bit. They called me often to keep me informed of my cars progess I would definitely refer them to friends and family and apprecaited them not taking advantage of my situation. Thanks Elite!

My daughter had just moved to Covington and her 2016 Mazda CX5 need some minor body work (some scratches on the passenger door behind driver door). I was in town to help her and selected Elite Auto Collision based on the positive comments that have posted on Google. I took the car in for estimate on 08/10/2017 and scheduled to bring the car back the following day. Not only the repair was completed on time, customer service was top notched as they offered me a ride home and came back to pick me up when the car was done! If you are new in town and are looking for a body shop, this is the place for you to check it out!

From start to finish, Elite Auto Collision in Covington was with me every step of the way as my car was fixed. My brand new car was subject to a prank resulting in a collision with a Christmas Tree. When my accident happened I was so wrapped up in insurance issues (since aa uninsured driver hit me) that I was worried I wouldnt ever get my car back. The manager Nick and his team assured me they would help any way they could and they did. They handled talking to the insurance lawyers and I did the even have to worry about it! I got frequent updates on my car and when I needed something from inside my car they stayed open so I could get my items. The attention I got here has made me recommend this repaired service to everyone I know.

Just picked up my truck, Nick Daniels the manager was so professional in the way he treated me. I got home and checked everything out, I am a mechanic and know my way around an automobile, I could not find anything that said my truck had been wrecked. I ran off the road and damaged the whole right side. Every piece of sheet metal on the right was replaced.
