They took our truck back made me sit outside in 82° an rising tempetures with my dog. They have kennels but there out in the open under the sun no shade. They dont allow pets cause of health issues. Seriously you guys are heartless lazy scamming company. We told them what was wrong but they did a diagnostics anyway stupid people. Then it takes them 8hrs to tell us they dont have the part told us an our dispatch it can be ordered overnight to come an find out they never ordered the part. An now there telling us they have a driver on the road specifically for tnat part bullshit. You idiots are gonna have a lawsuit on your hands fir the lies an scamming companys an people for there money. Place is a god dam joke. Oh i if i find out my dog get a brain tumor you best believe im fighting for her against you incompetent careless lazy waste of human flesh.

Came in with door problem. Would not open. They said they get right on it. Took our truck back. Would not allow us to come back. Waited waited waited 3 hrs finally I met a young lady out side shop we got to talking she informed me she had been waiting sense yesterday. Got me wondering so I went in to check on truck. They said be just a min. Waited finally they said they had good news and bad good news was they found problem with door . bad news be tomorrow before they could fix it. Well we couldnt wait so we would just pass. We he didnt tell us the worse pair. They were going to charge us $1167.00. To fix it. We could buy a whole door for that. No way. We ended up paying them for the 4 hr wait of our time and the time they say it took them to determine the problem of door 163.84

This is the worst Freightliner shop I have ever been to in my whole 40 yrs of trucking. They claimed they had no way to pull my truck out from under tlr after being towed in because of a drive line problem had to wait 5 hrs for wrecker then had to wait until next day to get estimate on repairs. Was told it would take from Tuesday to Friday to get drive line retubed. I ask if we could plug into my shorepower to keep refrigerator running was told they did not have a cord. Pretty sorry shop that does not have 25 ft cord a paying customer can use. Did get truck back on Thursday with new driveline installed just to find on Sunday when I got home that driveline was not greased. Write up desk staff very friendly but service manager is worthless.

I purchased a truck that was suppose to have a rebuilt engine and new paint job. As soon as I left the facility after 7 long weeks of waiting I had engine failure and turbo was bad. Its been a year and Ive had it in the shop 11 times and some issues were covered by warranty. But when the warranty was about to run out, the warranty supervisor refused to cover issue that was covered previously. The paint job is peeling everywhere and even in places were its not suppose to be peeling. These people are shady, do bad business and do not honor their policy. I would never recommend then not do business with them again.

Dropped my truck off on Monday, January 18th, 2016 for emissions work and shop was able to get it in same day. Service writers were very nice and helpful. Has large driver lounge with free WiFi, a shower, and washer and dryer. Work took two days to complete and Peach State provided a free shuttle to the local hotels. Chris in service called me each day to update me on what was being done to the truck and an estimated completion time and answered all my questions about the repairs. Would highly recommend this shop because of driver amenities, clear communication, and overall wait time.

Never ever take your truck to this place specially a recked truck. They will talk sweet and one week job can definitely turn into a month and half period. They will keep promising to you but your truck will never be ready on the time, they give you. Nothing to eat.So if you bring your truck here then you will have to Fast for all day. There are a lot other repair shops around Atlanta GA. They might can repair faster than them. Worst service on the road .

Last Time Me and my dad took our truck here, we had to have the Oil Pick Up Tube seal replaced, got the truck back in descent time but Engine was not cleaned where Oil was spilled on it and grease finger prints was all over the side of the hood and step area. With the price My Dad paid to have this done, you would think A CLEAN UP job would have been done on it... At least the mess that was made/left

One of the worst shops. Every time I come into this shop, they claim that they fixed the problem but after droving the truck a couple hounded miles the same problem appears. Seems lile they just walk around the shop and charge you money for that. Very disappointed
