This is pertaining to the Athens Location. I took my brand new 2016 VW Jetta to get some repairs from an accident. I waited to write this review to see what the results would be because I was warned about the paint prior. So here goes..... Upon my first arrival to pick my car up, I was sad because it had a new dent in the door that wasnt there intially and the space between the hood & the right front finder was huge. Also, the paint job wasnt as amazing as promised. Soooooo, I asked them to fix it & they did. When I went back to pick up my car, I thought everything was good. They fixed the issues I had, even the paint looked better. But everything wasnt as it looked. After only a few months, the paint faded off & my car look looked horrible. When I say horrible, I mean horrible. My car is white, so when the paint faded off, it was gray & white. Totally noticeable. The lady in the front office promised that I was getting the best paint they had. It was a LIE!!! I ended up having to take my car to Athens Ford & pay for another paint job out of my own pocket. Now, its been months, with NO fading, chipping, or cracking. My car still looks amazing. So with that being said, take your car somewhere, pay a little more money & you want have to spend extra money. I totally recommend Athens Ford!!!#

Ive waited a while to post anything to see how the paint job turned out...I wrecked my car did all the body work and brought it here for a full body re spray ..initially the car looked AMAZING a fantastic job..then I noticed when they sanded they also sanded the black trim around my windows which is rubber/plastic..then the paint started to bubble in different areas..I took it back and they fixed it...a month later the paint cracked on the front and rear bumper covers and started chipping. Again they fixed it...2 months later my quarter panel started to peel and all along the driver side the paint completely oxidized became flat with no shine...moral of the story..just go somewhere somewhere else and pay the high price

OMG! My New Girlfriends Car Got Keyed Really Really Badly By My EX With Some Pretty Offensive Stuff. She Had To Go Out Of Town In 2 Days For Business. She was Super Pissed. We took her Acura truck to Jacob at Maaco and he seriously WORKED A MIRACLE in 24hrs He was friendly courteous. He under promised and over delivered! She was so happy with the work and the turn around time. Jacob Needs a raise and nobody else will get our business for paint and body as long as Maaco keeps providing that level of service and employing people like Jacob. thanks Again!!!

Professional, friendly, kind, patience and efficient. They did an amazing job on my truck. I will bring my other truck to this location again this summer. Rude workers. They told me they would have it done at a certain time, but instead took 6 days longer. Not only that my they took off my front license plate for some reason, and never bothered to put it back on, just left it in my car. They also left the inside of my car dirty, leaving white dust all over the seats, on the dashboard, and the steering wheel.

Bad attitude and horrible service !!! I spent $4000 on replacing front bumper and headlight. Before replacement, it is supposed to do the car frame adjustment. They didnt do that at all. Make me have hard time to opening my passenger door!!! Try to discuss problem with them, they denied everything!!!

Got in a fender bender in Athens around midterms time at UGA. My parents wanted it fixed in town before spring break, so they had me take my car to this place on Atlanta hwy. Got my car back and havent had any problems with the paint at all, so in my eyes they did a good job.

Had my Hyundai Tiburon painted and repaired. They did a good job despite an uncontrollable issue. They also but broke my rear windshield wiper it was just crushed and doesnt move anymore. but I guess theres nothing I can do about it since I didnt tell them.
