After promising to send updates via email and text messages, 13 days came and went without a single automated communication. I decided that Id have to contact them myself. Instead of simply apologizing they blamed my insurance company for the lack of communication. - Update: It would appear that the problem may be in their automated customer contact software. Even though the local staff was quite professional and helpful, my repair was waiting on my insurance company and/or me to take action - the system simply didnt notify me of that fact. That is a "fixable" software issue. I would use this shop again, I just wouldnt rely on their system to send me status. I have received good info every time I have dealt with a person.

I really dont understand why Gerbers have poor ratings. They were great with me when they fixed my car door back in November when someone slammed their door into mine. I took my car back last Friday for an estimate when another collision center did not give me good service. Gerbers Collision made an appointment for me to be seen an hour and a half later after my phone call. Im now taking my car in to get three claims fixed this Friday and Im so glad I stuck with my gut and decided to go back here. They treat you with kindness and respect. The people look happy to work there and they are so friendly. Right now Billy is working with me and hes fantastic as well as the rest of them.

They did a great job repairing my hatchback and the broken window. They even vacuumed the car out a little bit. However I wish they would have taken the shop vac to the wheel well where my spare is & gotten the water vacuumed out from when I went to drop the car off and it was pouring rain with no windshield. Luckily I got my car detailed the next day and when they went to make sure all the glass was out of that area they about an inch of standing water that would have eventually rusted.

Our insurer chose Gerber, not us, and it was a poor experience. It was supposed to be done November 16th, then they said the 21st, then the 23rd, then the 28th, then the 30th. They estimated it wrong, needed more parts (an entire quarter panel!), and then said they needed more time because they paint wasnt holding up. They just sounded like they had no clue what they were doing, and no idea when theyd be done.

People at Gerber were very professional. They gave me an estimated time to completion and they stuck to that timeframe! When I dropped my car off they gave me a ride home too. The man who gave me a ride home was very friendly and Professional. the work for my bumper on my 2017 CX9 was done timely and done right the first time. Looks good! Thanks Gerber! Highly recommended.

Hey guys. I crashed my bicycle and almost went into traffic yesterday due to the sand/debris pile that has been sitting on the sidewalk at your entrance for a year now. I guess it wasnt too important. Maybe a lawsuit is.
