Couldnt tell you about their work because when I called they wouldnt listen to what I was asking. My car was damaged and I wanted an estimate from their shop, independent of the at fault drivers insurance. Whoever spoke with me on the phone couldnt seem to understand that I have the option of getting my own estimate and told me several time I would need to contact the other partys insurance. After several minutes of trying to explain my situation, what I wanted, and trying to get her understand I finally hung up the phone.

Unfortunately I have had to bring my new van to them twice already. Both times they made it look like new. Very professional and excellent work. Work was completed in a timely manner and Doug went over and above to take care of me. I hope I never need them again but if I do I will not hesitate to call.
