The folks at Jim Hardman were quick to get me in and out. My throttle body went out. Another dealership wanted me to leave my vehicle overnight just for diagnostics!!! I called Jim Hardman and they told me to come on in. The service was immediate. They told me that I would probably have my vehicle done in a few hours. They offered to take me to get lunch if I wanted! They were up front with the issue and pricing. Yeah, it couldve been cheaper if Id done the job myself, but YouTube-ing wouldve taken me forever. They had me out in just under an hour and a half! This is the only dealership Ill go to for servicing I cant do myself! I never rate anything, but their service was awesome enough to where I had to leave a few good words for the folks there!
