I dont see how anyone could rate this company bad. Our son wrecked our car when he was home on leave. This was one of the places recommended by the insurance company and we chose them based on reviews. Glad we did. Joe was very professional, honest, and down to earth. We had them repair the damage, from our son, and damage from an earlier mishap. He searched salvage yards for the earlier mishap repair, and had to go with a factory. We had to pay out of pocket for the earlier mishap repair, but his prices were reasonable. When we went to pick up the car on Friday, I noticed a small crack in the windshield that had creeped up during the repair. It was obvious it was made during the accident since the visible crack was hairline, and looked like it was just starting to creep up 1/4th up the windshield. He said he didnt notice it either when it was brought in for repair (it was below some trim at first). He took it back in, and did the insurance adjustment and had it repaired by Monday. Honest repair by honest guys who knew what they were doing.

After I stupidly hit my husbands car, we began looking for a body shop. Being fairly new to our town I found collision 124 on the internet and went there based on the reviews. It was a great experience! We also needed his door panel fixed, which wouldnt be covered by insurance. Joe took his time explaining many options on how to help us fix this while saving money. As stressed and overwhelmed I felt, he eased some worry because it seemed as if they genuinely care! My husbands car was fixed in 4 days and we couldnt be more pleased! Will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a repair shop!

Not a good experience. We took a vehicle here for an insurance claim everything looked good on the surface when the car was returned. However a couple of weeks later the right headlight popped out. After further investigation we had found that both Headlight can were broken. And the headlight lenses were glued in place with a gray caulk. After looking into this more we found that the battery box was also in the same condition. The only thing they did was replace the front facia and paint it to match. They did not repair anything that could be hidden under the replaced panels.

This is easily the best collision center in the area. My wife called me and said that she had just been in a small fender bender. I had her take the car directly to Collision 124. Marshall worked directly with our insurance company and made the entire process very easy for us. Their work is unmatched and you couldnt tell that the accident had ever occurred. The car drives as well as it did when it left Germany. I hope I dont have to use their services again, but if I do, you can bet I will not go anywhere else. I am a customer for life.

Marshall was Great! I dropped my car off on a Friday and it was ready for me the following Thursday. Unfortunately, came into some issues with getting my insurance check endorsed by the auto shop where Im purchasing my car from. Turned in to a 3 week waiting game to get a new check issued, but he was MORE than helpful and patient getting everything together. Im very grateful! And my car looks better than it did before my incident!

I had a front bumper replaced last year and now, after getting rear ended, I am back to get the front replaced. You will not find a nicer, friendlier and more professional body anyway. Marshall treats everyone like family. Their work is amazing. If you looked at my car, you would not know any work was ever done. It is horrible to have your car wrecked but they make it all better.
