I am usually a person that has never been picky about their haircuts, but this time my experience was something I just could not keep to myself. The front desk was probably the best experience I had at the salon. Other than that, I did the usual: showed a picture of what I wanted and then explained that I wanted a balayage (with a picture in hand of what I wanted). I had never dyed my hair before and was super excited. I did my research and Beau Monde had great reviews. Not only that, they said they can do a balayage on their website. However, it went down hill from there. My stylist had no idea what a balayage was. And being new with hair coloring, I could not describe it well to her. She continued to foil my hair and the result was a look that I could only describe as "grown out highlights." I thought within 5 hours the look would grow on me, but it did not. Everyone that I spoke to said it looked horrible. I had to go to a different salon the next day to get it fixed. Overall, I would not reccomend unless you have a favorite stylist there.

I followed Angie from another salon because she is the best! She listens and cares about what you want but at the same time, she is willing to provide many options. I have referred my daughter and 4 friends to Angie and all have come back to thank me. Its really difficult to find that "special" stylist that is honest and a good listener. Youll never go wrong with Angie.

I have followed Maureen S to several salons and she is amazing. She has a true passion about hair color and I have never EVER (in six + years) had a bad hair cut or color. She is always excited to see her clients and is amazing at mixing what you want, and what looks best on you.

I have never had a more pleasant experience getting my hair cut than when Ive come here. Anne Malwitz is amazing!! I will NEVER let anyone else cut my hair again. I would definitely recommend that you ask for Anne, she will treat you right.

Angela or "Angie" is by far the best stylist Ive been to in years. She is an approachable perfectionist who always makes sure that the job is done the way you want it, and her personality is great for all ages! She is AMAZING.
