Totally dissatisfied with the service, especially the staff who did haircut for me today.She doesnt know how to treat a customer.very rude and very much hurry( complete the job without perfection) . When I said few places hair was not trimmed evenly., but she never cared about it. She said u have curly hair so it like that only. ( as if I dont know that I have curly hair and doing my hair cut 1st time in my life). She basically dont want to fix it., was in a hurry to send me out. Secondly she dont even did dryer on my wet hair., 100% dissatisfaction. Hope management take some action. Totally frustrated and my ticket number is 559710. when asked the front desk for feedback form., them gave a white plain paper to write it out. Not sure they dont a system or process to write the feedback. Please try to learn how to listen,respect and treat customer equally. Worst experience!!!!!! Totally waste of time,money and worthless.

I am a customer of this branch from past 11 months. I always walk out very satisfied. I always ask for suggestion from the stylist and they do suggest me all the time but today was the worst experience. The stylist did not give me any suggestions inspite of asking and I asked for some blending but she literally said i cant do it. I would strongly recommend the management to look into this as I dont want you to loose other customers.

Worst service ever. The hair stylist Beckie did not follow direction when I repeatedly told her to not cut the front of my hair. I told her 3 times and she still cut it. Then she layered my left side but not my right even tho my hair was parted down the middle to make it even. I will never go back and never recommend to anyone.

Staff is really good and very welcoming. They know exactly the kind of cut you want when you tell them. Very friendly and get you in and out fast without making you feel rushed.
