I rarely write reviews but feel the need to share our experiences with this amazing company. We have had 3 experiences with Ladibugs....each one being better than the last. The girls who work there, especially Christina, are so professional and friendly and sweet. The first time I went in I was almost hyperventilating from the anxiety of knowing there were bugs in my daughters hair. Christina calmed me way down, explaining how common it was and how much easier it was to treat that I expected. We initially went to a competitor of Ladibugs which was a horrific experience that we would never do again. The difference here is that Ladibugs services are affordable, their locations are professional and sterile yet kid centered and there were no surprise charges. We also love their product line - even my 65 year old Mother uses their shampoo! I thank you guys for doing what you do and for how you do it. Anyone Ive ever sent to you as been just as impressed and grateful for how you handled their cases as well. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Amazing service. Lice was gone within hours of discovering it on my daughters head. The women were so incredibly nice and calming. They made something that I deemed a complete nightmare bearable. I would recommend Ladibugs to anybody and I will sleep easier at night knowing that they exist if (heaven forbid!) we were ever to have lice in our house again. THANK YOU, LADIBUGS!

If you are looking for a lice remedy then you need Ladibugs! After more than a month of trying drugstore products and time consuming combing we were frustrated that we were still dealing with lice. Ladibugs is awesome...both product and service center! After the third round showed up we went to the service center and our experience was incredible.
