Had a worst experience at this saloon. I checked-in using online app and wait time was 40 mins, which is close to closing time. I reached there 10 mins before my wait time ends and thought they will check me in coz I checked-in almost an hour before, but they say it is closing time, we dont care if you check-in online we cant help you. Why the f**** do these dumbo companies like Great clips create apps when they cannot maintain it logically, I dont understand. Manager dont even have basic courtesy to open the door and inform me in a proper manner (it was -14F outside that day). She was rude.

I totally got my hair butchered there today. The people were nice but this is the second time that Ive walked away with lopsided hair. The hair on the left is significantly longer than the hair on the right side of my head.

Got in right away, sunny and bright location, the haircut was fabulous! I got a lot of compliments and people were surprised when I told them where I got it done.

This used to be good until Catheryn left. More than once I noticed manager being rude to her employees/fellow hair stylists.

The staff here are usually very friendly and do a pretty good job with my young and very wiggly kids hair.

Good service, location and haircut. The only downside to this Great Clips is that they do not wash hair.
