Not worth the money, Ive gone to all great clips in the Minneapolis area because I work around Minneapolis for the summer. I was very disappointed in my 7 minute haircut. I have more hair on my shirt than on my head. I would advise dont go to this great clips. Go up to maple grove its worth the extra drive.

Called the store to see how busy the store was, the woman on the phone replied "not that busy", then when I asked "like how many minutes would it be she said "About 15-20, but that dont mean its gonna be like that when you get here" then hung up the phone, terrible customer service

The most terrible experience. The lady cut my 3 year old sons ear and thought it was ok. Did not even tell me about it. My son hardly moved and she did not engage him either. Very unprofessional service. Dont cut kids hair if you are not capable of it.

I had such a great experience with Sharon here! She took her time with me as I cut my hair short to get it healthy again. She wanted to make sure I was comfortable and went inch by inch with me. I very much appreciated the focus and time!

Very very disappointing experience, extremely rude stylist Shelly, didnt do what I asked to do. Kept arguing that my hair is super thin, I have always had super thin hair and have been able to get a good cut. Never going back!

The hair dresser called Darlene was not engaging at all and seemed annoyed when I asked her to cut little more hair for my son. One of the worst hair dresser at great clips! I am not coming here again !!

Second time getting a haircut here and had the displeasure of having the same person cut my hair both times, leaving a hacked up mess each time. Not even worth the $10 paid with coupon.
