I went in asking for a root touch up before hand and they gave me the price for a root touch up and I made an appointment. I told them to schedule me with their best stylist because I wanted them to color match my roots to my hair and they recommended Chelsee . Once I arrived to my appointment, she told me that she had to do a full color and charge me for a full color and I said okay I just dont want you to change the color of my hair . I know its hard to match it perfect but I want something like this . She said that was fine and i would end up with the same color, she just wanted everything to be even. I walked in with light brown ashy hair and walked out with a dark plum color. My hair almost looked black. I showered and waited a couple months for the color to fade and my hair was so dark. After 3 years of keeping my light brown color I ended up with dark purple / black hair and I was NOT happy . I ended up going somewhere else to get it fixed and I had to bleach it to get rid of it. If you dont know how to color match then dont touch peoples hair . I was not happy with the results Chelsea gave me.

I give five stars to the hair coloring and in customer service, not so for haircut. The hairdresser was very nice and really tried, but in the end was not successful in giving me the haircut that I requested. She had the picture in front of her the entire time she worked on my hair, so, no, there was not a misunderstanding as to what I wanted. I had to go elsewhere to retouch it to make it closer to what I wanted. With that said, I dont blame the hair dresser. I think that maybe the salon should send their hairdressers out for improvement or new techniques on new haircuts/hairstyles. They charge mighty high for what you get in haircut. However, I will go back for coloring, not so for haircut.

For a long time, I refused to pay more than $10 for a haircut. When I started a new job, I decided to try something new. One trip to Body & Sol taught me that you get what you pay for when it comes to your hair. I visited this salon several times while living in Lakeville. Krista is an excellent stylist, and I knew I could trust her to give me a great cut every time. She is also very friendly and great to talk to during a haircut. I dont go here anymore because it is too far away from my new home, but I would recommend this place to anyone in the Lakeville area.

I have been going to Body & Sol for over 10 years, even when they were at their old location across the street. Ive never had a bad haircut there. They listen to you and make you feel pampered and comfortable. My latest haircut was with Jeni. She was wonderful. I will go back again to Jeni. I also like the fact that you get free bang trims there with no limit.Its a nice salon with the people to match.

Walked in to see if there was an opening, and the 4 girls at the front desk to a glance at me and not being dressed up and told me they didnt have any openings. They either have 4 receptionists or stylists who base their clients on what they wear. First and last time walking into this place. Thank you for the heads up on a place I wont frequent.

Having my hair done is the one thing I do strictly for myself. I couldnt pick a better place or a better stylist. Everyone is helpful and friendly, and my stylist, Chelsee, is the best. She takes great care of my hair and I love every minute of my time there. I would highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for a great stylist.

Im lucky enough to have met Kim and had amazing spa experiences with her. Staff as you enter are friendly, tons of smiles, and did I mention Kim? Shes an amazing woman, does my waxing for me...and I can honestly say, I wouldnt go anywhere else. Well worth the drive, the money. AMAZING environment and Staff! Love them all.
