Every is sweet and easy toto work with in the beginning, but if you EVER bring up a concern and want to just talk about it, the "more experience" safe will play the blame game and immediately get defensive. The director and assistant director are always running around with their heads cut off due to LOW staffing. (Assistant director does not know the answer to ANY questions you have.) During the summer, they hire unlicensed staff. One who turned their back on my crying child on the floor multiple times for at least 20 mins until she was swelling from crying so much. They also "lost" 3 checks they already deposited and I had to go out of MY way to price to them I paid and THEY CASHED IT. Serious concerns at this place and it should be looked into by corporate.

The director was very rude and she overcharged me. Every time i came into the center the todders Teacher was shaking a child for no reason or am guessing because the child decided to turn to see who was coming in while he was supposed to be sleeping. It was scary to think that she could be doing that to my child. until one day i walked into the room and the child she was shaking was my son...i was devastated to find out my son was being put into a monters arms every single day I brought him in.

As a parent the only thing you hope for your child is that they are in an environment where they are safe and loved with some learning at the same time.... our family has recieve so much more! The teachers do an amazing job engaging the children and the families!!! Any family would be lucky to experience this amazing center. KinderCare is part of our family and I couldnt imagine life without them!!!

Very caring staff; clean facility; well organized. I have since moved out of state, but this KinderCare Center was a comfort to me knowing that while I had to work, my girls were well taken care of.
