Look for the life of me cant understand why the parents below me are whining about the owner. My experience thus far: Charlotte started Atrebla when she was 9wks old and attended until she was in the smaller toddler room. She started in the infant room. The experience was decent. I never had to change her when picking her up and I appreciated that. She never got a single rash there. The only reason we left is because I was a dispatcher overnights in STL Park and left my employment for something closer to St. Paul. We came back when Charlotte was 2: While in the toddler room Ms. Piranha and her helper were teaching the children Spanish. Charlotte became VERY proficient. Its crazy. "Vaca mama! Mooooo!" I had no clue what her two-year old voice was trying to say until the helper explained that she just said, "cow" in Spanish and the sound it makes. Okay, cool! About Mrs. Alberta: She is forward. Just like any other adult who speaks to other adults about their children. There are no honeyed tones here. That is NOT indicative to how these babies are treated. They are NOT around here yanking kids around and screaming in faces. Alberta is straightforward. ABout the center itself: Appearantly a lot of care was taken when picking out the childrens furniture and what they use. She bought everything from LakeShore in Maplewood and that place is ridiculously expensive. Her actions are and these reviews simply dont match up. The catering service she uses-- I REALLY want to eat that chicken n mashes they give the kids. I love the food they eat. But its EXPENSIVE. I suggest you TRY Atrebla and write about your experience. I do not personally know Alberta outside of her center but she is not doing childcare for the money lol. What a joke.

Ms. Alberta is in the the wrong business. I had my child going there, and things were great. She loved it. She was in the older kids room since she is in kindergarten. My only complaint is how extremely rude the owner is. I was desperate for a 24 hour Childcare and had heard about and seen first hand how shady she could be, but chose it anyway seeing as the staff and overall quality was okay. But when it comes to payments, I recommend keeping a strict daily amount of how much your being charged. She will over charge you in a heart beat, and we all know how expensive Childcare is to begin with. I would recommend staying away from this one. She is in this business only for profit and not for kids. Which is very unfortune. This place has potential but with her being the owner, I see it going downhill fast. Oh, and if your on child care assistance, be prepared to be treated like scum under her shoes. God bless you all, and I hope this helps.

The 2nd day my children used this daycare, I heard terrible things about this daycare. So I showed up un-announced to see how my 1 & 2 year old were doing. I was immediately approached when I walked in by the staff questioning me why I was there, so I told them to check on my children. I peeked through a glass in the toddler room that I could see through but they couldnt see me and noticed the toddler teacher grabbing the children by the arms, whipping them around and yelling in their face. I watched the teacher for about another 15 minutes before leaving. Later that day, my 7 year old wasnt pulled off his school bus by the staff so I ended up tracking down the bus driver 4 hours later to pick my child up from the bus. I immediately reported this childcare center to the State of Minnesota and pulled my children out of the center. I would NOT recommend this center to any parent.

My son goes to this daycare, but Im not to happy with my experience. Whenever my sons dad drop him off the owner Ms.Alberta is very rude and talks to you very crazy, it makes you wonder how does she treat the kids. Doesnt matter how nice you are, whenever you ask her a question she gets rude
