We had such expectations for our wedding and we were very disappointed since Brie didnt do any of the items promised and even made some dishes wrong. (vegan dishes were not vegan). And that is after many emails and discussions! Brie also had nothing to say but we are sorry you were disappointed...not that they did anything wrong, when I listed a long list of all the items that they didnt do as promised. This was a wedding, a once-in-a-lifetime experience and to have one of the biggest vendors screw up really made the experience bitter. Dont believe anything they promise, its nothing but talk! Stay away!!!

Brian is great! He has done our Saint Agnes School fundraiser event (500+people) for the past 3 years now and we are excited to get going again! His food options are fun, delicious and, and cost sensitive. He really goes the extra mile, often at his own cost that he doesnt pass on to us. Amazingly, the food at the taste testing he sets up for us (4 people) tastes just the same as the day of the event when it is made in mass quantities. Brian and crew is certainly our unsung hero at our events! We highly recommend him.

BRIE did a fantastic job catering our wedding! From the initial tasting through the day of, Brian was very easy to communicate with, and he is clearly passionate about what he does. The staff provided excellent service. We had some food sensitivities and kids to accommodate, and they handled everything so smoothly. BRIE was awesome!!! Our wedding food was cooked to perfection with their staff finishing on-site. The service was very professional and friendly, they looked like they loved their job. Brian is the owner and responsible for sales and he responded immediately up to our wedding day and was there to make sure things went as planned.
