My review is based on my experience with planning an event for my boss. Cassidy could not have done a better job. She was very responsive and extremely helpful. I honestly don’t have a single negative thing to say about my experience. I could not have asked for anything better. Being an assistant, you have to try and think a few steps ahead and make sure you are asking the right questions. That can be very difficult to do when you deal with people that don’t respond or get irritated that you ask so many questions. So I always appreciate it when someone responds in a timely manner and is always eager to help me understand and answer my questions. I know I repeated some of the questions I asked on the phone through email just to make sure I understood correctly. She had no problem reiterating herself and made sure that I was always on the same page. I planned this event for my boss and did not attend. However, my boss said everything was great!! I also liked that she emailed us a couple days after and asked us for feedback. She didnt tell us to go give her a review on yelp or google or anything. She asked us to personally email her back with any feedback. I havent dealt with that before, usually people just to tell you to go review them. I appreciated that and it made me want to leave a review somewhere a lot more than just being told to.

The young inexperienced staff needs a great deal more training. The majority of them from the hostess to the bartender seemed lost in a fog. My recent visit was during a heavy snowstorm so there were only four or five people in the bar area. I sat at the bar and ordered the Risotto Jambalaya which was listed under pastas (?) on the menu. The unattentive bartender seemed more interested in socializing with the other staff than dealing with customers. When I received my dish the portion was small, the food barely warm, the price was high, and the shrimp smelled as if it had be sitting out for a long time. Not very much flavor to the dish either. Perhaps thats why I was given two sets of silverware and two pepper grinders, no salt however. While at the bar I noticed a general lack of professionalism by the bartender. When making a bloody mary for a customer she didnt bother shaking the mix up. Another customer asked for rye whiskey about which the bartender seemed clueless. There are many fine restaurants in the area which offer far superior service, prices, and quality. Just no bowling or bocce ball.

The 1st time we went was great. We had room to bowl, it wasnt overly crowded, the service was great and the food was all very good. We have since been back twice and it was a mess. They were understaffed, extremely disorganized, staff was inattentive or not around at all, the food orders were messed up, we had to ask for the dirty table to be cleaned up so we could sit and eat there. We find the lanes to be on top of each other and very uncomfortable to bowl. You share a seating area with the people across from you which leaves not nearly enough seating for your party. We wanted to like this place, but they need to fix many things before that happens. The staff needs to be properly trained and the place needs to be run more efficiently. We will take our family someplace else when we want to bowl next time. This is a very non-relaxing place and a bit chaotic.

Great food. But slooooooooooow service. Was there with a group of 14 seniors for lunch before a tour last week. Due to their late opening time, we couldnt get in till 11:30. Our outing coordinator had planned about an hour for lunch. . which was poor planning on her part. As a former wait person, I understand a larger party takes longer and seniors take longer to decide on their entree. The wait staff we were assigned couldnt get back to for a long time to take our order. I am guessing that they just had too many other tables. We were just about to consider taking our food to go when our started to come out. . . a little at a time. It had now been almost an hour. However, it was delicious and beautifully presented. If we had been able to order and get our food in a timely manner we would have made our tour.

First time at Pinstripes, I was really impressed with the decor and layout. Very modern and classy. The food was delicious and the prices were moderate. The service isnt that great, I tried to make a reservation and they said they werent taking any reservations (at 2pm on a Sunday). I asked if it was because they were full & they said no...there was space to eat and bowl. Very confusing. Our waitress was nice, but not attentive (forgetting menu descriptions, to bring plates to share our appetizer, late drink refills). To bowl 2 rounds for 4 adults and 1 child is was $75! Are you serious??? We were shocked and it made us really enjoy the bowling experience less. Overall, great facility with a nice layout and food, but the price of bowling is too high & servers/hostesses need more training.

We had my birthday celebration dinner there tonight and had a wonderful time! The setting is fantastic - great natural/outdoorsy vibe - it reminded me of Aspen with the fire pit outside. Loved the blankets available to folks who what to enjoy the fire pit after the sun goes down. Our appetizers were great - hummus platter and bruschetta. Great fresh mozzarella on the bruschetta. All of our meals were great, and the service was fantastic. Absolutely love the location and ambiance. Half price bottles of wine was a nice surprise! :) Were not able to play bocce ball or bowl due to a private party, which was frustrating, as the private party was small and not using all of the upstairs space, but aside from that, it was a great outing all around.

Company event during happy hour. We reserved bocce ball lanes for two hours and had plenty of drinks and appetizers. The game options such as bocce ball and bowling were very cool. I wouldnt have expected that from an indoor setting! The drinks were great, and a wide variety of beer, wines, cocktails, and more were available. I started with a Guinness and switched to "Black Helicopter" (coffee stout) later and was pleased with both. The appetizers were top tier! Mini tenderloin burgers, weird long pizzas, hummus tomatoes guac and bread plate (avail as gluten free), stuffed mushrooms, and more. Probably a bit on the expensive side, but given the environment, games available, and level of service from the staff Id say its justified.

This is specifically related to Pinstripes Sunday Brunch. Its terrible! We got there at a normal brunch hour, 12:30 pm, yet all the food looked and tasted as though it had been sitting for a long while. The "hot foods" were only warm from sitting in the chafing pans, the salads were wilted from sitting too long with dressing on them, roasted veggies were not cooked all the way (basically just ate raw veggies with seasoning salt on them) and sliders that were being "grilled" outside were sitting in a pan of liquid ready for you to take...I could go on. I was very disappointed. We love eating at Pinstripes and ordering from their menu so I had high hopes for the brunch. Anyway, I would never recommend their Sunday brunch.
