BE AWARE OF THIS CHICK-FIL-A IN BLAINE I USED TO WORK THERE. UNSAFE FOOD!!!!!! I worked at this restaurant for a while I am now a past employee but I can say that they MADE ME SERVE OUT CHICKEN THAT WAS 8 DAYS OLD, WHEN THE MAX HOLD TIME IS 3 DAYS. and that can get somebody very sick or cause some one to die and thats a big reason why I got fired. They put the very old chicken in salads and there soups and sometimes there cool wraps. I was fired shortly after contacting corporate to try and have issues fixed because the store owner was the one forcing me to do it. They also smoke in the back of chick-fil-a in Blaine Mn by the food. And had 10 employees quit all at once two mangers and then even the director quit because its a hostile bad environment for employees, the others left for the same or similar reason. At one point when I was an employee I was sick and was PUKING and was told that if I left it would cost me my job, but who wants some one making there food who is sick? Not me. In case your wondering I was the one that prepared all the salads cool wraps and chicken for the soups in back along with the super food and froot cups. ANOTHER important note sometimes there tomato slices are MOLDY that they put on there SANDWICHS. And there Blueberrys that they use are almost always bad the entire shipments and they still use them all.

First experience: Came to a local business before they opened. Didnt say much we had some clients in the store. A man with a bag of sandwiches walked in with zero introduction and stood stoically looks and said how many people worked here. Without saying who they were, what they were doing here just threw some sandwiches on the counter. This isnt how you treat potential customers, people in general . A minute later another lady followed along and asked if he was done yet. They then both left. I was very unhappy, I dont care if youre a new business or old if youre going to welcome new people to try your store hire people who care. I ended up needed to clean the counter with the oil from the packaging and threw them all away. Second experience: Received a card in the mail for a free chicken sandwich. On my own accord I said fine Id try it, a friend had asked to go. Ordered a chicken sandwich and their potato fries. The staff inside was kind and nice. I think the chicken sandwich was about $3.7X something. It was quick, since Im certain they were pre-made and sitting on the heating table. Absolutely disgusting. 2 pieces of pickles on the bottom bun and overall soggy. Definitely nothing special. Personally wouldnt recommend or come back due to both experiences. First time? New to town? Dont go. Just bad.

For a fast food resturant the speed was atrocious. Took 10 minuites before my order was even taken, there was only one cashier to take my order and I had to clarify multiple times what I wanted and they still did it wrong. Everyone in the back of the resturant was goofing around and having a grand old time while I was sitting and waiting for my food on my fairly short lunch break from work. With service like this I dont know if Ill come back again

I went to chick fil a for the first time today, and it was wonderful. At the northtown location I was greeted pleasantly by Sam at the drive thru. I told him it was my first time and asked if he had any suggestions, and I went with his expert opinion, and got the spicey chicken deluxe. It was delicious, and to top off the excellent service, Sam threw in a free cookie for me. Ten out of ten!!

Its only the most amazing place in the world! Their food is amazing, their sweet tea incredible, and their service legendary! Theres nothing that compares. And the waffle potato fries dipped in Chick-fil-A sauce? From another planet. Make sure you come to this Chick-fil-A. Its an experience you wont soon forget (largely because youll just keep coming back). Eight out of five stars!

My friend and I went to the chickfila in northtown. He had recently downloaded the app and had a free chicken sandwich, and I downloaded it before we went in but there was a problem creating the account. I asked the cashier about this, his name was Ben, and he said it was no problem and the manager gave us our entire meal for free! Great customer service, even better food.

Totally worth stopping! Excited to have them in Minnesota, and this location does not disappoint. Service is always very fast, very friendly. Perfect location when near Mall of America or REI. In the outer lot by Target. Has outdoor/patio seating too. My favorite thing to order are the breaded nuggets and sweet tea!

Very good customer service, polite young staff. Management was very attentive and so was the staff, picking up guests trays and giving soda refills. Made the experience relaxing and effortless. Over the top service, impressed especially for fast food. The building looked very cozy and inviting as well as very clean.

I was visiting at the busy lunch rush. The teamwork displayed from behind the counter to the owner serving great food with a greeting and smile was exceptional. Guests were having a top notch experience. This is more than fast food. Its an experience that keeps customers coming back. Great job.

I love Chick-fil-A but this one is the dirtiest one Ive been to. The tables are narrow so its hard to dine in with my family of 4. The high chairs need some serious sanitizing as well. The service is good and the food is always on point. Just wish the staff could keep up with cleanliness.

Great service from everyone we have run into here... All but Jennifer, we have been rung up by her the last 2 times and its just not the experience we come to expect here. There is no eye contact and talks over us when we are ordering. Makes us not want to come here.

One of my favorite Chick-fil-a locations! I think its much easier to get to than the Riverdale location (not to put down the Riverdale locaction, though... just comparing). And as always, the service is great. All the servers are very respectful and pleasant.

The food here is not that great. The portions were small for what you paid overall it is pricey. Also I and my mom had problems and the store owner wouldnt help and was uncaring. We wont be back especially with so many other food choices in the area.

Went here with the kids and I have to say, they are less accirate with orders than Michael Jay Fox with a sniper rifle. They made my daughters chicken sandwich with two top halves of a bun. I mean who does that to a 4 year old girl? Devastating.

Good food, kinda pricey. Crappy customer service. First they messed up my sandwich and I had to wait forever for a new one. Then I wanted a refill and had to stand there for about 5 min waiting for somebody to notice me.

Wonderful customer service. All the employees are so happy & friendly. Food was good. This was my first time at a chick-fil-a & I am so happy with my experience. Restaurant was clean as well. Love the decorations
