Sucks to be writing this, but needs to be alerted...especially since this is the closest Chipotle to my new house. I guess I was spoiled while going to college near Denver, years ago. (place of the original Chipotle and the place with the best stores, hands down) -I grabbed some Chipotle on the way home, to go. The line was moving slow as they appeared to be changing out some rice, fine. Also, some customers dragging butt. I cant help that. -I ordered my burrito and then it sat for about a minute and a half, to two minutes. The cashier looked at me, I looked at her...then I spot the middle person who keeps the line moving smoothly. This young girl was over standing next to this high-top table where 2 customers (friends) were sitting. Possibly co-workers done working. She obviously was working and on the clock. Eventually she made her way back to behind the counter. There my burrito sat, getting cold. She was about to walk by my order when I asked if someone could help me...I said it was getting cold. With a semi disgruntled face, she moved it along. (after I loaded it up) The friendly cashier finished it and checked me out. Attention to detail/customer service is lacking quite a bit here. I understand conversing with friends but do it when you are off the clock, not while customers are standing in line and actually watching you converse. I would feel embarrassed if I got caught working like that. Or worked with someone that did that. Young employees may be a problem here as well as a lack of management. Ill be seeking out a different chipotle next time around. Hopkins has some work to do.

As the other recent reviewer stated, this Chipotle is very much "hit or miss". Ive been coming to this location for a while now (I work nearby) and either get a great burrito well made in speedy like fashion or I get a burrito that is falling apart stuffed with way too much ingredients. Unfortunately it has become far too apparent and I am now able to predict what type of burrito I am going to receive just by looking who is working. As nice as this person acts and seems to be trying hard she cannot for the life of her roll a burrito to save her life. She also has no sense of portion size either, resulting in burritos that cannot be wrapped or are falling apart (did I mention she is very slow?). Basically, if you spot a girl who cant be much over 4 foot, just leave and find somewhere else to eat. I dont understand how she still has her job. Ill be looking for new places to grab lunch until they take her off the line...Im sure she can do dishes or prep...right?? Again, Im not trying to rip her apart or make her feel bad, just keep her off of the line!

If you youtube the "pop copy" skit from the Dave Chapelle show it perfectly sums up this place. There is usually one person working the line which is ALWAYS missing things like steak or fajita veggies. I understand things get backed up, but I usually go there around 3pm to avoid the rush... If the employees arent yelling at each other they are likely yelling at the customers or avoiding them completely. The overall cleanliness of the store is awful. I feel like a health inspector would have a stroke if they visited this place. Ive been sitting at the register countless times and the employees just stood behind the counter talking and ignoring us completely. Ive decided if they do it again Ill just take my food and leave. Doubt they would notice. If you can avoid this place please do.

This Chipotle is so hit or miss. Sometimes I get incredible and friendly customer service and sometimes I get somebody who looks at the floor and globs on an ingredient I didnt ask for. Train consistency in serving sizes. Nobody needs that much sour cream. This place is really good with supply and demand- theyre always on top of having replacements for indredients. Other Chipotle locations- not so much. Work on employee banter- I dont mind them joking with each other because it increases moral (not that its a rampant thing at all), but not at the sake of not noticing a customer. Some of your employees are stellar -reward this! PS some of your cashiers rate very low on situational awareness.

I love Chipotle but not sure for how much longer I will go there. My burrito was dry and flavorless with lots of rice and barely any meat. The service at the register was very bad. I wasnt asked anything and had to tell her that I would like something to drink while she was busy to explain what kind of music was blaring out of the kitchen while I was hammered on by the music from the restaurant to the people behind me in line. There is nothing worse than listening to two songs at the same time. Different storry, I took my girl to another Chipotle for the first time ever and she ended up with foot poisoning. Not sure how much longer I will support my favorite fast foot joint on the way out.

I always make it early 11:00-11:20... you would think the soda fountains would all be ready to go. In the last 10 visits my favorite soda was not working 4 times. Thats fine if they fix it. I tell the cashier person., they say I will fix.. then eat my burrito.. go try it again, try it before i leave and still not fixed. There is no reason for the soda fountain to be out of soda when you first open for the day. Its not out of order it just needs to be filled in the back. Considering the next closest Chipolte. Love there food but when I come in I do expect my entire meal to be satisfying and that includes my favorite soda.

Worst Chipotle I frequent, I only go there because it is the closest one to my home. Really slow service, the other night at 9pm I am near the front of the line but theres like 16 people behind me. Only 1 guy on the line, grabbing salsa and doing everything, while the 6 other employees I see are : 1. Sweeping the floor 2. Wiping down the walls 3. One is actually prepping food 4. Talking to a friend by the rear exit door 5. One guy is just pacing around the kitchen, might be management 6. On the register, not ringing anyone up because its one guy on the line spreading his attention across 6 orders and its taking forever.

I was trying to make an order to go from their website and I was informed that this location has/had pork that does not meet the companys ingredient standards. Potentially no big deal, but given their recent issues with ingredient quality and standards... We went to the actual store to eat anyway and this was the 2nd or 3rd time in a row they were out of at least two different kinds of meat when we got up to order. Again, whats the deal with the meat here? I wanted so badly to have a new good impression of Chipotle after their recent problems, but I feel like this store is not hitting the mark, yet.

Expect Long waits with few customers... and small/medium sized burritos. I pick stuff up from here every couple weeks and the staff take SOOOO long compared to other locations. Just today the lady on the line took about 5 minutes for 1 guy. Then another lady stepped in to serve me and she went rapid fire on the toppings. I actually contemplated walking out for the first time ever at a Chipotle, the serving in the bowl was so tiny. I really REALLY wish I didnt work so close to this location. If you have another location nearby, do yourself a favor and go there.
