This review is a little late. I came in early December to get a new pallet for my girlfriends Christmas present, I knew what I was looking for after hearing about this item for a long time. When I got to the location I felt discriminated against not a single employee was willing to help me and after approaching several employees inquiring about this item they seemed quick to dismiss me. It took the help of a product representative to show me where I could find this item ( which wasnt even a brand she represented), she was the only reason this store made a sale off me that day. I dont know what kind of service a woman gets here however as a man I recommend you dont go shop this location. If you are shopping for your significant other try the rosedale location and I have found almost any sephora location very helpful.

To the make-up lady that told me there were cameras on the urban decay naked palettes.... and to all the rest of the make-up counter ladies... its super cool that you thought i was going to shoplift something from the store... me going back to the urban decay palettes three times, was me trying to talk myself into spending that kind of money on make up... and me constantly looking at my phone, was me trying to read reviews on cheaper alternatives. Im glad that i bought the urban decay, but I will have to admit that i was highly motivated to buy it just to get out of that store. I am a mother of 2 and friday afternoons are my only times to get any errands done by myself, because my husband works 60 hrs and goes to school... So glad that you made me feel like a criminal when i was in your make-up department.

I just came here to ask for a foundation match for my wedding. I want a matte finish. 1st of they dont have a wide range of options. 2nd they dont do samples. 3rd the girl thag helped me didnt even clean her hands before putting foundations on my face with her bare hands, and she had been putting foundations on top of foundations on her hands while helping me. Talk about hygiene. 4th she just layered the foundation on top of my foundation that I already had on my face. Even after I told her that I have foundation on. She just said "it looks like it matcheshould your foundation." I dont want it to match my foundation. I want it to match my face. The foundation that I had on was too yellow. I will never come to ulta again. Ill just stick to sephora. More professional help there.

Went here on a Friday night at about 7:30 PM....not many customers in the store. And not once did I get asked "may to help you?" This isnt the first time at this location. The customer service is horrible. Even the store manager M. only managed to give my 13-year-old daughter dirty looks while helping another customer. It seems like each time I come back the service is worse. There were three other associates on the floor. I guess they were too busy gossiping.nice. This Ulta is constantly out of stock on many items. Whenever they have a free gift they never have anything left . Do Yourself a favour and shop the Rosedale location. I never recommend this location to anyone.

i can find most the products im looking for at this location. but not all the staff is friendly or helpful. i typically dont get asked if i need help or greeted when i walk in. some of the staff spends their time gossiping with other employees/friends. i also dont feel that most of the employees have enough experience. either when it comes to friendly service, accurate information, helping with shade matching, or finding the right product for a specific skin tone/type. ill forever shop at ulta because of their great rewards and sales..but i really hope theyd do something to make it more comfortable to shop for makeup/haircare/skin care, or even ask for help/assistance

Advertising $60 cut and colors does not mean getting the people to come in, telling them you can do what they want, and then telling them once they come in that the only way they can do the color is to add almost $130 worth of services. This was not a lightening of the color, or a foil or anything else. This was an application of a color over the same exact color (albeit mildly faded). There is no reason you should be telling customers that they require a decolorize before. If your hair products require you to decolorize before use you need to find a new brand. Doesnt help I overheard you and your manager discussing upsales at the counter. Not okay.

Was told the girl who was doing my wedding hair could copy a photo exact without a trial! WRONG! My sister had to fix it to make it look just a little close to the photo. The girl was WAY off! My bridesmaids werent happy with their hair either. My maid of honor had her stylist redo her hair 3 times!!! Make-up, terrible! Everyone ALWAYS comments on how beautiful my eyes are...not the case on my wedding day! She didnt even do anything other than add fake lashes! Waste of money and should have done it myself! I do not recommend this place for wedding hair or make-up! Just terrible and very unhappy looking at my wedding photos!

I was really disappointed at this ulta usually you walk into an a ulta people are really friendly ask if you need help and helping you find the right makeup I was there for a half hr no one asked me if I needed help and then when I finally found someone asking for a good eyeliner they bring me to something really cheap I went there for the good stuff or I would have gone to wallgreens I guess I looked really poor and stuff totally not happy with this location. And probably not going back

Its really refreshing to walk into a store that has employees and managers that are very professional have a strong sense of integrity and respect for the customers & staff. The salon is amazing!! The makeup artist & hair stylist are very talented. Its really hard to find a good salon!! I highly recommend the coonrapids ulta I was very impressed with their service! My husband told that it was the best hair color hes ever seen on me. New customers recieve 20% ;) Coonrapids you rock!!!

I have never left this store disappointed. Even if they didnt have exactly what I wanted, Ive always found something that will either work just as well or something even better. The prices are reasonable and they always seem to have a good sale going on something. They also have one of the best local nail polish selections Ive found yet.

Great location. I almost always find good deals on clearance stuff. All of the employees are helpful and friendly. Theyve always been open to helping me find the best deals on the stuff Im purchasing. The only bad thing I can think of is that its a busy store and a lot of promos and special items sell out rather quickly.

Great location and has a good selection. Some of the staff are super friendly and some are "know-it-alls." It isnt maintained as well, each time I come in, the samples are always low or there isnt any items that I want in stock.

I came on Sunday at 1040 and I saw about 10 other ladies try to come into the store. Why not open at 10 am???? 11 is too late people are out and about. You are loosing a lot of business. Open earlier please!
