(I am a female...I guess this is hubbys google account)... I decided to splurge on a nice cut with a $50 gift card I had. The salon is gorgeous. Everything seemed perfect. The shampoo and massage were to die for. I came home after the cut and a few errands....tilted my head and thought This cant be! My haircut is uneven! One side was definitely shorter than the other. Not to mention that I didnt want a short haircut but thats what I got. And then my daughter looked at the back and gasped. Completely uneven. Like someone used their blunt kindergarten scissors. I called the salon. Talked to the owner who was not interested in anything really but did offer to let me come in and get it fixed. When I asked if the same stylist would be in, B/c Id feel uncomfortable, she gruffly responded Of course shell be here. She works here. How unprofessional! Then I called back before I had to waste another hour getting it fixed. I wanted the owner there to see my cut and see before and after pics. She didnt want to but finally relented. Why wouldnt she be interested to see the work of her stylist? When I got there she rudely asked You wanted to show me something? So I showed her. No interest. She didnt address the photos at all. She didnt address my crooked style as I was standing right in front of her. I couldnt believe it. All she said was well youre here and well take care of your issue with the cut. It wasnt MY ISSUE. It was a horrible cut and she never once acknowledged it. The only saving grace here is the FABULOUS service and cut I got fromJamie, who fixed the hatchet job. Loved her, loved the cut. I bought product after that fix. The owner stood right there watching me be charged $25 for mousse. Really? And no offer of a discount? Refund? Apology? Nothing. Certificate to come back for another cut? Utterly crappy customer service from the owner. See pictures on my same YELP review and you be the judge. I dont know how to get them on here.

The first time was great, Claire did a wonderful job, and her assistant was very nice and extremely efficient. Next time, another great job, but assistant was different, taller gal, much less personable, talked to everyone who worked there except me. Acted like I was an imposition and disgarded my questions as if I wasnt there. Claire again did almost as good a job but seemed to be caught up in this assistant and less on me, the customer. Third time I visited this time for cut/foil. Same assistant, this time she snickered and was pointing behind my back (AT ME!) and whispering to not only Claire but others as well. I found it extremely rude, and unprofessional and have not returned. Its unfortunate, because I live so close, and was trying to move my professional services closer to home instead of all around town. I may call to see how often Clarie gets new assistants and if the other one is gone, may go back. My two neighbors had the same experience with same girl and havent returned either.

After the phone call I just had, I will NEVER patronize Belli Capelli Salon in Andover. Their receptionist was rude and disrespectful. If she was the first person I had to deal with, sorry, but I wouldnt take 15 seconds, much less 15 minutes, out of my day to come in and talk to one of their "Tiered Stylists". I know what I normally have to pay to have my hair done (usually triple the "normal" person pays because I have enough hair for 4 people), I wasnt expecting a set in stone price quote, and I wasnt expecting the total "looking down your nose" attitude I got. I certainly wasnt expecting to be told that she "wont give me a price" at all. I will happily take my business elsewhere.

I went here because it is close to my new job and my old place was too far of a drive. They scheduled me with Melissa, and she was fabulous!! I have never have such a personable experience with a stylist. I wasnt sure what I wanted to do (cut/foil), and she went through magazines and had me point out what I liked/didnt like. While she was not pushy at all, she did persuade me to ease a little bit out of my comfort zone, which Im glad I did. LOVE my new color and cut! She gave me lots of tips and styling ideas! I highly reccommend her, but she is having a baby at the end of this month, so try to get in with her after Christmas! Reasonable price for excellent service.

Used to go there regularly. I have found their products to be overpriced compared to other high end salons. Waxing facilities were in a private room, but you were on a bed that slants terribly to the left. The owner was terrible to the staff.....my stylist and many others left and went to another salon down the street. They and I are much happier. I and my kids have had several cuts there from stylists fresh out of school (unbeknownst to me) when my stylist wasnt available. They were terrible, and the management did nothing to rectify the situation, after the third time it happened with my kid, we were out of there.

I have been going to Belli Capelli for nine years and love the atmosphere, the service and quality of work! I chose Belli Capelli because I wanted a salon that was current. I am in the beauty business so its important to me to be up to date with my style and Belli Capelli keeps me looking my best. I am CONSTANTLY getting positive comments on my hairstyle!

Sarah and Faith are amazing! Ive been going here for years, one of the best salons in the area. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for! Quality hair cut & color. Never disappointed when I go here. Thank you everyone for all that you do :)
