If I could give ZERO stars I would! Ive never experienced worse customer service. Ive been getting facial deals from Groupon since before time and have never complained until now. I saw a Groupon for a facial at this location and called them to set up an appointment. Their receptionist told me to not purchase the Groupon and that they would honor the price in store. Im all for supporting small businesses so this didnt bother me at all even though that is against the rules. I got to my 4:45p appointment at 4:35p to have enough time to fill out paperwork. I was offered a beverage and I asked for water. Things were going smooth. I turned in my paperwork at 4:40 and waited until 5p when the receptionist FINALLY let me know that the esthetician was cleaning her space and would be with me shortly. About 10 minutes later she finally comes and doesnt even apologize for making me wait 20-25 minutes. Once we get into the room I automatically notice the sheets on the bed. They were battered and stained and didnt look like anything that should be in a professional salon. I overlooked it and proceeded to get comfortable. As Im laying in the bed the esthetician takes 15 minutes just prepping the masks she was going to use. Once she finally began, around 5:30, she did the facial routine. On my final mask, she excused herself to use the restroom!!! During her 10 minute break I sat there with the mask on my face and the steam shut off. When she finally came back into the room she laughed and says "sorry, I ran into a regular and I couldnt get them to stop talking." She proceeds to wipe off the mask and give me a 3-5 minute crappy massage that I should have been receiving during the 15 minutes that my mask was on. She lets me know we are done at 6:10p. I expressed my disappointment with the two owners of this establishment in a very kind manner. I told the owner that my time was not valued and that I do not feel that this service was worth my $40. I agreed to pay half or was open to listening to an apology and a counter offer of some sort but nope! She said I had to pay full price. I told her I wouldnt and she proceeded to get the other owner. The other owner said the same thing and said if I didnt pay she would call the police. I did not scream, yell or make a scene! I even asked the owner to go off to the side so not to disturb other customers. The second owner dialed the police and I was threatened with a ticket for theft of services if I did not pay. This is the worst management Ive ever experienced in a spa like environment. Nothing about this facial was relaxing and was a complete waste of my time and money. Not only was the esthetician 20-25 minutes late for my appointment but she also used 10 minutes of my time to use the restroom and socialize. And what person who is getting a facial wants to know that the person who is touching their face just used the restroom! She should have taken a break during the initial time she made me wait. And the fact that the ownership doesnt honor that concern is very disappointing. The owner even said "well youre already getting a Groupon deal" as if that justifies getting POOR service!!! I obviously would never recommend this place to anyone and would boycott in front of their establishment everyday if I could. TERRIBLE!!!

I had a very poor and unprofessional experience at Posh22 Salon & Spa. I went in to get a gel nail polish. The gel polish, which typically lasts 2-3 weeks and is very difficult to take off, was peeling off within 12 hours. By the end of the next day all of my polish was off all of my nails. Although I was disappointed that my nail polish peeled off, especially after spending $35, I was more disappointed in the lack of professionalism of the owner. I called the next day to tell the owner about my issue and the only option that was offered to me was a gift card. As anyone could imagine, when you have a bad experience you typically dont want to go back and have that same experience. By her request, I texted her a picture of my nails and she unprofessionally texts me back to tell me that she would issue me a gift card and did not call me, as discussed previously. I tried calling 3 other times within the next two days and never received a response. I then personally went into the salon and the owner, once again, handled the situation unprofessionally. The owner began telling me that she didnt call me back because she was "busy" and tried "emailing" me, although I had NEVER given her an email address. Although the manager has "been in the business for 15 years," I’ve received better customer service at Walmart. After speaking with individuals in the hair industry and hearing their customers’ experiences with this salon along with having a terrible experience myself, I would never recommend this salon to anyone. I have now involved my credit card company to reverse this charge.

I purchased a Groupon for a cut, conditioning treatment and style. My daughter has been cutting my hair, but she works full time, so I thought I would try a new place and give her a break. I called to make an appointment and was told that I would have Emily. When I walked in, I stated that I had an appointment with Emily (I didnt know her but had looked at her information on the website), instead I was told that Autumn was going to do my hair. She asked me what I was looking for and I told her that perhaps a short bob - I hadnt had a cut for a while and it had grown out so that a bob would have worked. Instead, she gave me a pixie cut, and not a good one at that. My hair is cut crooked, my bangs are really crooked - not just textured, but uneven - one side is only about an inch long! I almost cried when I walked out, but I thought that maybe the next day, after I styled it myself, it might be okay. No, it wasnt. I emailed the shop on Friday, it is now Tuesday and havent heard back. I gave them my cell phone and said I would be more than willing to talk to someone. Bad customer service!! I will never go there again and wouldnt recommend it to anyone!

I recently enjoyed a foil color and cut by Jessica S. Upon arrival at this beautiful venue I was greeted and offered a drink of my choice (water, coffee, tea) with a smile. It felt very instantly comfortable, inviting and enchanting there. The atmosphere is very pretty & relaxing. This is a full-service salon with stations for each service. Jessica was quick to greet me and starting my Posh treatment. The color she gave me was beyond beautiful... luxurious is a better description! She did a scalp massage when washing my hair and it felt AmaZing! Im picky about my fine hair and the method in which its cut... others have tried to razor cut my fine hair in the past. Jessica has a great technique and does an amazing job with some sharp shears! POSH 22 Salon and Spa is a chic place, with a very talented staff, who all have a good ear,, and bright smile. The best part is how pampered you are and what you look like when you walk out. Its like transformation! I highly recommend a visit to see them. You can pre-book your appointments online.
