Since my regular stylist was no longer available, I decided to try City Looks at Ridgedale. Typically, when someone new cuts my hair, they usually dont get it right. Not here! The stylist was very professional and attentive to my concerns. She listened and asked questions and I couldnt be more happier with the results. The salon was well kept and relaxing. The staff was also very personable and friendly. I would highly recommend this salon.

I used to go to quick and fast cheap places for my haircut. Then I found Emily and have been seeing her ever since. City Looks is spa like. It is an environment where I can enjoy a great conversation and can relax. Coming here I view this time as relaxation versus rush. If you want a cup of tea, water or wine they offer it all. Truly, this is a wonderful spot. Make an appointment for extensions or color.

Was very disappointed in the partial i paid for here. The girl that did it seemed like she was very high on something and it took 3 hours, and you can hardly notice it was done. Now my hair is just more frizzy and i will be going somewhere else to have it fixed.thanks alot!

City looks has neglected completely or screwed up my appointment time and time again. Terrible experience, unhelpful staff once you call and ask for them to fix their scheduling mistake. Very disspointed.
