I was at Ulta Beauty this afternoon getting new foundation and brushes. I told the lady I have tried a few different brands of make up. She recommended the Smashbox photo finish (Ive used the powder before) The lady applying the new make up didnt cleanse my face before applying the make up.(I had a little bit of make up on) She continued to try a few different colors on my face to find a better match. She didnt blend it, or put bronzer or powder on to get a "final look". Instead, she forgot what color she even used when I told her I would take it. She was not into her job at all. Terrible customer service. I walked out with 4 colors of make up on my skin that the lady didnt even bother to blend. I spent $125 that day...and might end up taking it back. The girls need to be taught respect & work ethic.

My first time coming to this location... The young woman who attended to me and my best friend was named Ashley I believe. First off, as soon as she walked in she was watching us like a hawk, I guess shes their personal loss prevention squad. I then approached her, asking her a few questions (also letting her know I had no intentions in avoiding her. I am not a thief..) and anyways she ended up helping me find the new primer that I looove.. she then proceeded to ask me if my best friend (who at this point walked away to another section of the store) were lesbians.. which totally threw me off.. what the hell? Im not sure why or what made her feel the need to ask me something like that but it definitely threw me off and I definitely will not be coming back to this location ever again.

All the ladies today and the 1 male worker were all super friendly and helpful, we are all now internet friends, I had an awesome experience here! Randi one of the managers helped me check out and another blonde near prestige cosmetics has my card and we are friends now, she was a great shopping buddy. Also, the other manager with ombre hair was great and helpful, it was a stellar shopping experience! They helped me make decisions like if we were friends shopping together! I would definitely come back here again, and it would be great if they could carry the Shea Moisture brand of makeup. But unfortunately right now it is only available online. Shucks. Hopefully soon! I was happy to read I wasnt alone in my treatment at this store. It was terrible. It is a good store to go to if you enjoy being ignored-and dont ever need any help. I stood waiting to make my purchase for five minutes while the clerk put away nail polish behind the counter! I had a really hard time finding the conditioner I needed-finally pulled it up on my phone and starting pacing to find it! I wont be back-the one at Ridgedale I have not ever had issues with.

Prepare for surprise charges at the salon. I used to take advantage of a Monday-Wednesday service bundle deal (because their salon is practically empty), but it has almost doubled in price over the last three years because of how little they now include in the package. If Im going to pay that much, Ill go to a relaxing salon where stylists dont have to answer the phone to make reservations in the middle of my shampoo.

Recently remodeled with Lancôme, Estée Lauder, and Clinique!! Yay!! I personally have always had great customer service here! If you ask, they shall find! I have found many great products here on behalf of recommendations that I now cannot live without. Happy staff makes for happy customers. This is my go-to store. ❤️️

The staff at this location are less than helpful. They rarely stop talking to each other to answer a question or even acknowledge you. I live very close to this store but drive out of my way to go to another store that is actually interested in selling things.

Worst Hair cut ever today!!! I had long hair and now its short. I wanted a trim not a makeover. Do not go to Todd. He didnt care about how I wanted my hair cut, only how he thought it should be. Im so upset and its going to take forever to grow back.
