Absolute worst experience at a salon in over 30 years of getting my nails done. The instruments did not come from sterile packaging and there were no Cosmetology licenses visibly posted at any station. The exfoliating bar was worn from previous usage and the other tools werent any better. They dont have massage chairs, while receiving pedicures you sit on something more like a restaurant booth than a chair and you soak your feet in a small sink. Regardless of the neighborhood and parking concerns already mentioned by others the salon is not up to current standards. Right now theyre running concurrent Groupon and LivingSocial deals so I had to call multiple times to even get an appt. once I did I regretted it. NOT SAFE for more reasons than I can list here.

Groupon deal and was a tad worried about location. Parked right in front at meters and little place is lovely and very clean. Pedi baths are more sanitary and you can tell are well disinfected. The products used were good for a sensitive person like me. I think I just had the best mani-pedi Ive ever had. Also, their regular prices are as good as groupons. Yasmine is terrific and puts polish on way up to the cuticle area. I love perfection!

Terrible customer service! They never called me back even though I left messages repeatedly trying to schedule my Groupon. They were rude on the phone and I went there several times to schedule in person but the shop was closed during normal business hours and another guest was standing outside the locked door also wondering why it was so hard to get a hold of them! I would definitely suggest going ANYWHERE else.

It looks beautiful inside and stays they are open late on Sunday. After calling confirm how long they would be open we arrived to find a note in the door that said "If I am not here call......". We called the number twice and knocked in the door. We were so angry that no one answered. Dont say you are going to be open if you are not!

The manager of the salon is very friendly and fun to talk to. Even though they were very busy, she took the time to make me feel welcome and cared about. Also, they have fun nail color options including a polka-dots paint!

Made an appointment for 2 people, we showed up and they had only 1 worker. Instruments were not sterile, polish was old and thick. My nails did not dry, I have to remove the polish off my hands because of the messy job.

Horrible service! Poor customer service and VERY unsanitary! They said okay for 5 people and try to deny and said two people. Dont go there unless you want something you can do yourself.

Made an appointment, came at the scheduled time and the store was closed. Maybe call the day before to remind them. Got gel nails that was also on my skin so it peeled off.

Worst salon ever!!!! It took the girl 3 hours to do a fill, pedicure and shape change and dont even get me started on the shape
