The service! It is refreshing to enter into a salon where the stylist work together. I enjoy getting my hair redesigned by Jessica Livingston but I also like how Tyson and Jessica work together with clients. When you leave you know you have the best color and cut for your personality , hair type, and face shape. The experience is truly a highlight of my month. Plus when I go back to work I get showered with compliments. My son is getting married in October and I know where I am going to make my hair look fabulous. Thanks Jessica for making me feel like a million dollars.

Always a risk trying something new. My husband got me a surprise 90 min massage for our anniversary. I got their early, wasnt greeted when we walked in. The massage therapist took me back 5 minutes after my appointment started. She says this is my room, have you face down any questions? The massage was good but I wrote down that I wanted her to focus on my neck because I get migraines. She literally spent 15 seconds on my neck. Yes, I did actually count. The massage started at 1:08pm and was done at 2:17 pm. That is not 90 minutes. Was disappointed

This place is amazing. They are extremely professional and very nice when you walk in. I had to go here because my nails were butchered by another place, and even though I didnt originally get them done here they still helped me out. The nail artists did an amazing job reshaping and putting a design on. I love my acrylics but will be switching to gel just so I can get my nails done here. I highly recommend la la, and I dont say that about many places.

I received a 120 minutes massage as a birthday gift . I was greeted as soon as I arrived , and filled out some paperwork. They offered me coffee, which was very good. The massage therapist discussed my forms with me , and we headed back. It was a full 120 minutes and she focused on my neck and shoulders as I had indicated . The room was quiet and peaceful. Overall a great experience !

I absolutely hate getting my hair cut but Lala Salon made me feel right at home. I got a great style and the owner in kind and funny. I tried other Ankeny salons but Lala is by faw the best. The new owners are down to earth and make you feel like family.
