My fiancé went here twice. Each time she was not happy. First added highlights that were too blond. She wanted a more subtle look. Second was to fix the previous and go a little darker. They made her hair black, not brown. It looked Goth. The Stylist was nice, but after all of this we had to go to a different salon to fix it. And spend more money. Needless to say we will not be going back to this place.
