I was recommended to this salon by a friend hoping it would be a good expirence. Being my first time there I had no knowlege of the services offered. The staff was very kind, the girl who did my hair was wonderful but the lack of information provided to me was very poor. During my consultation only one price was confirmed with me and that was because what I wanted to do was considered a "speciality color," which was fine. I ended up getting charged $25 for extra dye and $43 for a trim, prices that I was not informed about. I would have NEVER paid $43 for a trim that was less than half an inch. I assumed that was included with the dye considering only one price was confirmed and I was not getting a considerable amount cut off. It was known that it was my first time there and that I did not know how the pricing worked. When all done she slightly dryed my hair, which I was fine with however because it was still wet I wasnt able to tell the full affect of how the color turned out. It was ok for one day before it had started to fade. I nearly spent $400 for services I would not have accepted for a color that faded in a few days. I even bought special shampoo and conditioner that is used to prevent fading of color... I called and talked to the manager about my concerns, mainly the pricing. She then went over the services and fees and told me "I hope this is a learning expirence for us both." Also, because I was reffered I was supposed to recieve $10 off. This for some reason did not get applied to my bill. I was told this couldnt be applied to my past bill but will be marked in my notes and can be used for my next vist. Unfortunatly, I will not be visiting again after this expirence. I can not afford to pay that much for my color to fade. The saddest part is that no one was able to notice that I even had my hair done.

I have been a loyal customer for five years. I recently received an all over color that happened to fade drastically less than a month from service. I called in and talked with the manager about my experience, and I was told that since I was beyond the ten day policy they would not address my problem free of charge. For the cost of an all over color, fading less than a month later (given there are no circumstances that predispose fast fading, as I take extra steps to prolong my hair color) demonstrates the poor customer service an quality of product. Will not be returning, and the manager seemed ok with this plan. I guess they do not care about the quality of their work, the products they use, or retention of loyal customers.

I went in for a haircut yesterday and its by far the worst haircut I have ever gotten in my life. The stylist was new and I think Im probably the first person shes cut in her life. It looked like a child had played with a razor on my head, no exaggeration. The shaved sides were spotty looking and she had missed several large areas. Her fade was uneven as was the line of my hair. I came home and my wife and I did our best to fix the mess this woman made but to no avail. I will definitely not ever go back to this place again and if you enjoy the way your hair looks I would suggest the same for yourself.

Ive been going here for pedicures for 5 years. I get 2 or 3 a year. I also booked the manis & pedis for the entire bridal party of my sisters wedding, 6 of us, a few years ago. They were very accommodating, did a wonderful job, and made us all look and feel great. Love the services and the leg/foot massage.

I had Bailey do my hair, she cut and colored it. She did an amazing job and I get so many compliments on how it turned out! Even Strangers will say how natural the color looks! Love this place!!!!

Was not impressed with the haircut or services offered. A decent place to go if you are just looking for a trim but I would recommend elsewhere for specialty services.
