I needed a last minute color fix-up and trim. Lili got me in for an appointment the very next day. When I got there, it turned out the trim I had scheduled was no longer available. So, I settled for just a color anyway. However, once I got home and blew out my hair, I was devastated. The colorist had done a messy, careless job, and I had been charged extra for a treatment I didnt even know I received. I called and spoke with Angie who was so great about the whole mess up! I was able to come in the very next day and get my hair fixed for no extra charge. William did an outstanding job on my color and Ive never received a better cut than I did from Nicki!!!! I couldnt be happier with my new hair and CANNOT WAIT to show it off!!!! Thank you to the staff at Lili for turning around my horrible experience. They really showed they cared and I am certainly going back!

Great experience at Lili! My heart was cut very poorly at the place I had gone to previously, and Amelia was able to help make it 1,000x better. She gave me her 100% attention and made sure I walked out of there completely happy with my haircut. Awesome service, reasonable pricing, especially with the discounts you get for your first few services. (As of the date Im posting this they do $10 off $20 retail on 1st visit, $20 off your 2nd service visit, and $30 off your 3rd visit in a new department.) They also have a referral program which is awesome. (So you can absolutely feel free to mention my name, but no pressure. Ill be going there with or without any referral vouches. I trust Amelia with my hair too much at this point to go somewhere else!)

Went there first time for cut and color. Saw two different people. Fine. Second (and last time) I went, just got color. When she was done rinsing it out, she towel-dried me and then said, "ok, youre good to go". I had the option to brush my own freshly colored hair and blow dry it myself if I wanted to! I was floored. So I paid, left, never to return again. I called next day to complain and the receptionist was very rude and said thats how they run the business. How can I even know if my color is what I wanted if they dont at least comb and partial dry it. Oh, and it was winter. DONT waste your money on this place.

I had one very specific thing I asked for and when I turned around and looked in the mirror my color looked exactly as it did when I came in. I do believe the gentleman that did my hair had genuine intentions of making me happy, but I wasnt and when I returned home my fiancé said I thought you were going to get your hair done. I feel like I paid $180 to look exactly the same. I wont return. I feel like I lost $200 (with tip bc I do believe he tried) to not look any different and will have to go pay once again to get it done as soon as I can. Not happy... its hard enough to find time to get my hair done.

Very disappointed in my coloring experience. I scheduled a base break, and colorist asked me did i want to lift or color, i said I dont know, i just always get base break and thats what i want. when i went to pay, i was told shed put me down as full head color and when i could see my hair in my normal lighting, i realized Id lost all my natural highlights and had flat golden color, much redder than i like or am used to. everyday i notice this in the mirror and it really bothers, but i dont want to fry my hair trying to correct it. Really pissed.

I made an appointment to have my hair cut at Salon Lili based on the review that was posted. It was wonderful. My hair was a mess and Ainsley really took the time necessary to correct it. I have always been told my hair was so difficult to work with because of its structure and thickness and never once did I hear anything negative about my hair. The experience made me feel good and I will definitely pass along the referral. And it is so convenient for a location. Jacque

Amazing salon, very clean and designed very well. Everyone there is very good at what they do. William is amazing. You wont meet someone that cares more about their clients. He is very well trained and he extremely talented. I would highly recommended him.

If you need a great haircut and want to make sure that the stylist listens to what you need, then Lili is the place to go. Beth does her job so professionally but, is so personable. The entire salon is awesome and everyone if friendly and helpful.

This salon has been around for a long time, under new Management since over a year. Their selection of products is excellent, they carry Kerastase, Bumble and Bumble, Shu Uemura. I love the coziness and their friendly service.

I always wear pink and white acrylics and Ive never found anyone (even in South Florida!) who can do them so beautifully. On top of that, I always enjoy my time spent with her.
