The Minnetonka, MN staff was helpful and friendly, not pushy from working on a commission (unlike the cosmetic counters at a department store). When I couldnt find a specific item they went out of their way to look for it, and made sure there was nothing in the ver stock drawers. It gets busy when they are helping others, but the flip side of this is the fact that when they are helping you, you get 100% of their attention.

My go-to for H&B shopping! Its like that other store (the one that begins with a "T"), where you mean to just pick up shampoo or a lip pencil, and end up with a $249 bill. They have great selection and many top brands, so theres always something new and fun to try out. I shop here 95% of the time for my purchases because of the great selectiom, regular sales and coupons, and the beauty club benefits. ♡♡♡

New to the area and needed to get my hair cut. Decided to call Ulta and they had a last minute cancellation so I took the appointment. So happy I did because I found Grace and she was amazing! She took my crazy hair thoughts and made it into something awesome. Thank you Grace and look forward to my next hair cut!

I love this location because the manager and her team always greet me with a warm smile. They are friendly and easy to work with. Just like any retail chain it is harder to get help when it is busy but overall I am satisfied and enjoy shopping there.

Staff if very friendly. Very flexible with salon appointment times as well. Tara did a great job on coloring my hair. She took her time and did her best not to damage my hair. Very pleased.

Salon manager Jessie is FANTASTIC! Didnt have a great experience with the rest of the store, but Jessie does a fabulous job on my hair. I Love ulta!

Tes Felling is the greatest master designer/colorist. I got so many compliments on my hair. Definitely recommend her to anyone.
