WORST. HAIRCUT. EVER. DO NOT COME TO PURE SALON! You will walk around embarrassed for months to come B/c of their "miscommunication" I walked in optimistically with hair to my backside, simply wanting a "V" cut TRIM with long layers. What I received was a HORRIFIC excuse of a chopped haircut that I cant even wear down or in a ponytail because it looks like a drunken 5-year old attacked with a pair of rusty scissors. I had SARAH as my "stylist", told her no more than 3-4 inches TOTAL in length should be taken off. I attempted to show her the pictures for reference multiple times and she said "Ive got it" and never took another look. I expressed my desire to keep my hair long, below the breast and barely above the belly button. She took my hair behind the back of the chair, and CHOP! There went 4 YEARS of patience and confidence. When she brought it back around my shoulders, I was HORRIFIED! Blunt, VERY UNEVEN and only three two inches below my collar bone! It took everything inside of me not to start bawling my eyes out right there. SARAH kept justifying it, telling me she hadnt added in layers yet and it was necessary to cut so much to get my desired "V". HORSESH*T. I look mutilated in comparison to before I walked in Pure Salons doors. When I reached out to the manager, she asked if I wanted to come back in so she could "fix" it. NO. I will NEVER,EVER let you all touch my hair again. You can not replace the 8-10 inches that were chopped from my locks. I will have to suffer and wear my hair up in a scraggly little bun for at least a year before a REAL PROFESSIONAL will have any room to fix the DAMAGE YOU CREATED! If you value your looks, hair, or self-esteem. DO NOT WALK INTO THIS SALON. THEY WILL MUTILATE YOUR HAIR and brush it off like it was a tiny mistake and your fault. Thanks for RUINING MY STYLE!

Leah is my stylist and Ive been trusting her with my hair for probably going on close to 8 years. I moved out of state for 3 years and when I moved back early 2016 and found out she bought her own salon I reached out to reestablish my relationship with her. She has always done great work... only bad part is with her schedule she can be hard to get into on short notice, but its completely understandable based on her work schedule and everything else on her plate with running the salon. Front desk staff is always polite and friendly when I call or come in for an appt. Ive gone to Chelsea on occasion for a wax when I cant get into Leah. She does a great job as well. Would recommend her too! I did go to their esthetician once for a wax when I couldnt get into Leah or Chelsea. I dont think I would go back to see her. She went too thin on my brows and went further apart in the center than I typically go and it looked funny. So had to draw out my next appointment to get some growth back to make it feel more normal to me. Overall though... great salon, good environment, great experience with Leah, Chelsea and the front desk staff. Prices are higher than some salons but you get some pampering while youre there and one on one attention which is great! Highly recommend

The whole place has a setup that makes you feel immediately that you are in a place with people that know exactly what they are doing. I was quickly sat down and they started coloring my hair. The process was lengthy but they provided me with tea and magazines and checked on me very often while waiting. After she washed the dye out she went to cutting. I wasnt able to decide on a style so I asked her to do what she thought would look best on me without taking a lot of length. I was very surprised! I had never had a cuter hair style before! My hair looked so great I purchased every item they used on it, without any pressure to at all. My stylists name was Stephanie, I will definitely continue going to this salon.

I check in and a lady walks me to the back for the bathroom. I must have miss heard her because I thought she said past the black curtain, so I awkwardly began opening doors and accidentally walked in on a massage. I didnt see anything and appologized immediately but of course felt completely embarrassed. Went to the bathroom and come out and sit down to wait, another women comes up to the front desk and I can hear her telling the group of receptionists what happened, that I walked in on a massage. They all glance at me and make me feel ostracized. I didnt even want to have my appointment anymore Id rather just leave and go to a different salon.

I love Pure! The service and staff are wonderful. Its definitely a "treat yo self" sort of experience for me, but its completely worth the money in my opinion. There are a lot of extras/perks you get with the hair services that make it a really relaxing and enjoyable process. I also really love all the Aveda products because theyre natural (and smell really great). If you havent been here, you wont regret trying it! Ask for Holly if youre getting your hair done because shes amazing!

Had a wonderful experience at Pure Aveda Salon. I have stubborn gray hair that usually does not take color well and I love the Aveda color line! My stylist Niccole did a fantastic job, decided to end the battle of trying to cover the gray so she came up with a color that blended beautifully! This is a very professional, clean, up beat salon and I would recommend to everyone. Thank you Niccole!

Im an aveda product fan anyway, but I do have to say that those folks know their stuff! Their prices are reasonable and they are very helpful and friendly. I was able to get an appointment quickly when my old stylist at another salon wasnt available. Needless to say, Ive switched to this salon as I was very happy with my cut and color. Thank you! I have a fear of going new places to get a hair cut/color because Ive had too many botched jobs on my long beautiful hair. I received an amazing cut from Chelsea, who listened to what I wanted and then took very great care and precision to make sure I was taken care of. The entire staff was friendly and my experience there was excellent.

Aleisha is the best nail tech! She is extremely personable and talented. I bought my mama a shellac manicure and spa pedicure and she came out "feeling like a queen". There is no higher praise from my mom. Thank you, Aleisha! We will be back!
