We ordered a custom set for the master bath and that part was easy. Things started to go south as soon as we received the shipment. The shipping paper said that everything was included but clearly whoever packaged up my order was high since we were missing the shelves, filler and molding. Oh- and two doors were damaged. So we called and they said, no everything is in there. after some back and forth, they finally agreed to send us what we were missing. Too bad they didnt send everything at once. We got 2 shelves, then filler for one side two weeks later. then we had to start all over again- send us the other items we paid for asap. then they would trickle in. OH- and we had to pay extra for our contractors to come in and finish installing our cabinets. so this project ended up costing me way more than I wanted because of the crappy customer service Midcontinent has. It doesnt stop there. One edge of the cabinets is raw and unfinished. So, a man named Steve Duey decided to roll out of bed and come inspect the damage. This happened about 2 months after the initial complaint. He didnt even bother to shower before coming over and it look me all day to get his awful smell out of my house. He looked at the damaged cabinets and said he would have someone come out to repair it in "a couple days" Well, 6 weeks later, Im calling/emailing and trying to get this repairman to come out and Steve is non-responsive and it doesnt look like my expensive new cabinets are going to get fixed anytime soon. I mean- NO REPLY AT ALL. No one from this company is good at responding to the customer once they have been paid in full. Be careful ordering from them and make sure you are handy so you can make minor repairs by yourself. Will NEVER order from this company again.
