I have been at this salon many times, I never had any problems so far. Always pleased and happy. However few days ago I made appointment with hairdresser whose name is Barb. It was the first time I used her service. To say I was disappointed means to say nothing. Even though I had exact picture of the hair style I wanted to do she did completely opposite. She cut my hair so short and so bizarre that I was uncomfortable going outside with the hair like that. She was talking non stop and distracted me along with herself from the main job. I will never go back to this salon if shes there because she does not know how to make simple hair cut.

I would not recommend going to Crystal. She colored my daughters hair before Christmas. She said she worked her into the schedule so that was her excuse for not rinsing it and had red staining her clothes. She refunded part of it but wouldnt work her in to fix it. It looked like she dumped the color over her head and the rest was a fried blond look. The stylist who fixed it couldnt believe that this was a licensed hairstylist and that she didnt stand behind her work. I would never go back there....we have spend $100s of dollars fixing this mistake and the quality of my daughters hair is severely damaged.

I love my NEW hair style. Because my hair stylist named Pam Hall. I honestly have been having my hair styled by Pam sense I even started Middle School. Ive graduated from high school. & Im 19 years old and I still absolutely love what she does to my hair ever time she does it. & I love Pam so much because I honestly know all about her family and she knows all about my family as well.

Great service and friendly environment. Easy to talk and take great care of your needs. Free WiFi there by the way so you can surf while you wait. :-) And they offer you coffee as well.
