I have been seeing Kim for 6 years now and I will never go anywhere else. This is a passionate stylist who really listens and cares about how you feel. She is an amazing stylist who is worth more than just the $25 haircut. Something I would like to see her improve on would be upgrading her prices according to her experience due to exceptional services. Id like to end with my personal experience of postpartum hair loss. I had avoided for more than 6 months on cutting my hair because I was already losing as is. But one day I worked up the courage to go and see Kim again in what seemed like forever. It was like we totally left off where we started. She explained to me exactly what her recommendation was and for us to strive for hair volume and fullness. My hair has been so healthy and thick ever since my first cut and my son is now 18 months. Sometimes you have to really trust your stylist and give them the liberty to do what they have to in order to deliver your results. They know what they are doing; it is also you as the client to really communicate exactly what you want too.

This is the second time Ive been here and the first time I was very satisfied that is why I came back for a second time. The second time that I came in my hair was cut by Ka. she told me that this was her first day and she had three years under her belt. Which is why I let her continue to cut my hair I told her I wanted a trim. My hair was well below my shoulders before I got the haircut. Im not sure which part she didnt understand that I didnt want short hair but she cut my hair above my shoulders. Im pretty pissed off.I specifically asked her not to cut my hair short and she cut my hair above my shoulders. I paid $25 to get a haircut at great clips it seems like. I expected more from the salon because I was so satisfied the first time around. Im very angry with her cut, Im not trying to make her lose her job, but Im very angry with how she cut my hair when I specifically asked her not to cut it short

Went when it wasnt busy and I was paired hair designer Shela Vang! Request her! she does an amazing job. very professional she really knows her craft, and my final look was better than i expected! Bring pictures because it really helps during a consultation. The manager was nice! and the service was great! will return! i brought in my 4 year old daughter who loves this place because they make it fun for her. bring your kids! Also my husband has also tried for a hair cut here too and he absolutely loved their service.

In general the stylists know what their doing; they inform you before, during, and after the cut of what they are doing and tips for care between cuts. Ive had Rachel cut my hair three times and Kim once. Ive learned so much from this knowledgeable and professional staff. They take their time to give you a quality cut. They definitely made me a loyal customer. You get high level service for a low level price. Cant beat this value

This is the first time I been here and will be the last. The lady that cut my hair was by the back room hallway a cross from the sinks. When she cut my hair on my left side. It is so on even that it looks like i cut my own hair. I am not happy because now I have go and pay to fix it again.
