When myself and other half enrolled at this gym, we were super excited to be a part of the Snap Family and obtain better health in general. We set up our appointment to meet Herman, the owner of the Eden Prairie Snap Fitness in which we did. After signing up, its been nothing but hell for us. We were told to set up appointments to get a fitness assessment, learn how to operate some of the equipment, etc. I set my appointment up, and as I was pulling into the location, Herman called to tell me he was sick (apparently this guy is sick more than he isnt) and that he had to reschedule. I was a little upset getting a 5 minute notice prior to my appointment. Then, we referred a friend to Snap. Herman told us that we get one month free after we refer someone. Month 2 into our membership, our cards are shut off. He claimed there was an error in processing my card. I reminded him that I referred a friend and he told me that "he forgot to say that referrals are given after 90 days" -- Fine. I told him I was going to contact the corporate office and that I wasnt happy. He then gave us the month of January free. What do you know, January was charged to my card! I called him last weekend and some "Trevor" answered the phone who stated Herman was on vacation and wouldnt be back until the 14th or so. I asked him if he could reverse the charge and he mentioned that "he didnt know anything about anything on the computer and all he had was a key to enter the actual gym itself" I asked if Herman gave him the number to corporate, and of course Trevor was no help. I called the corporate Snap Fitness office last weekend and still havent received a call back. Obviously this particular owner of this EP location and corporate themselves have no idea how to manage their companies, or provide good customer service. They also dont know how to clean their gym, as its a slum hole with mismatched equipment which is in need of repair, to say the least. I have referred 2 accounts to snap within my first month, and by month 3 we will all be down the road at another gym. Too bad Snap, no "Snaps" for you.

I have done a lot of travel for business and pleasure..along with that comes finding a gym to keep regular with workouts. Each gym/club has its own experience. Over the last 15 yrs of doing this, this Snap was the best experience I have had. #1. Over the years, Ive been a member of Snap, Golds, several pristine clubs (which I am a member of currently), visited Ballys. and others around the world so my review validity is highly objective by comparison. The owner was there, checked me in without a hitch. I was able to do my workout in a nice peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend locals to join this particular location because of the hospitality, availability, and what I saw that I have not seen in most gyms. There was personal attention to individuals that needed assistance. There was an active and pleasant personal trainer, the owner himself was helping a member with rehabilitation, and the facility was clean. It may not have the glitz of a Bally or notoriety of a posh club, but if thats what you want to pay for in this economy, go for it. The convenient hours and high integrity staff makes this a top choice. Thanks again to the owner for a more than pleasant experience. Its good to see there are good business in this day and age.

I have had multiple billing issues. I was told as a courtesy the club was going to give me several months with no charge.....they of course charged me the following month. I have sent multiple emails and called numerous times with no response. I have asked that my membership be cancelled and they have not cancelled it. I had to eventually contact the bank to put a stop payment on funds due to their lack of response. I do not recommend this gym. Nobody is running it right now. The previous owner or manager skipped town as I was told and the new manager will not respond to my emails or voicemail requests.

In this competitive market where it is all about great deals and customer services I guess the owner of the gym is happy with the few members he has and does not want any new members. I tried calling the gym a couple of times and was always greeted by the answering machine. When I finally got an appointment after trying for over a week. The manager/owner did not think it was necessary to show up!!! Adios Snap... will never come back and make sure not to recommend SNAP to anyone I know!!

Have had an outstanding experience at Snap Fitness EP club location! I have been a member for about 3 years now. Owner is dedicated and so personable! He was and has been super helpful and always available if I have a question about working out or nutrition. Great gym!!!

I love going here for the convenience to my home. They did a great job remodeling the facility. I do not like the rude people here that do not consider that you may be using a machine or weights. It is a constant battle to get a full workout in.

One word - "Wireless" There is no excuse that a facility located in the #1 place to stay in the United States does not have wireless accessibility. Get with the times and do something for your loyal customers...

Decent one in eden Prairie but not the best
