Professional, efficient and adaptive workouts. Trainers do individual and group sessions (cost varies). I do all group sessions and they last no more than 45 mins. I feel like I get a very tailored workout. More effective and less expensive in my experience than similar sessions at a large club gym where I previously held a membership. They place a heavy emphasis on ensuring that you are doing all exercises safely (correct settings for height, etc) and in line with what research has shown to produce an effective workout. In addition to trainer sessions, they offer services like bod pod/body composition, concussion prevention and goal-specific training (ex marathon/runner).

Discover Strength is the best place for a busy professional to get a fast, effective work out. Period. They feature a team of awesome, fun, fantastic trainers that provide an intense, customized, strength training work out for your full body. It doesnt matter what your age, body type or fitness goals are, their system works. Strength training builds lean body mass to burn fat all over your body. I only go once a week for 30 minutes and do simple stuff like walking on the other days and I havent felt this great in years. If you think youre too busy to get fit, but know you need to, check it out. Youll be glad you did. They offer a free introductory work out too.

These guys are great! What a fantastic place to workout and become educated at the same time. I discovered that I had been lifting weights inefficiently and basically all wrong - it only takes two, 30 minute workouts a week to build muscle, gain strength and lose fat. These guys will show you how to do it the right way. All the trainers I have worked with have been outstanding and motivating. It is clear that they care deeply about their jobs. I cannot say enough great things about this place. If you want to build muscle, lose fat or gain strength or all three, this is the place.
