Went in to order a part for my awning, brought in the arm to show them the part I have and the broken fitting that attaches to it. Told me the part was discontinued but theyd try and find one. Told me they found one so I took time off work to come get it. They ordered me the part I already had but not the broken fitting that I showed them. Which is sold separately. Yeah! I knew that. Thats why I brought it in for you to see...
