First of all, let me thank you once again for a very enjoyable purchasing experience. Sally & I very much enjoyed working with you and Phil and we greatly appreciate the extra care and attention that you both gave us. No doubt, the price offered on our Tuscany was the catalyst that made me contact you but the service was outstanding; you arranged for the tow bar to be installed on our car and the folks at Schuling Hitch were great as well arranged for a car and made us feel so welcome. Surprisingly, I had no problem handing over such a large check. The first day back, we drove to a camp near Greenfield Indiana to meet Sallys sister and her husband and their camping club. Everyone was quite impressed with the Tuscany. I told everyone that they should contact you when they get ready to trade. Its well worth the trip to Iowa. I know that I will be contacting you several times with questions, but for now, we are getting comfortable with the unit and I am trying to wade through the countless manuals. I just wanted to thank you again for a great buying experience. We look forward to many exciting years in our Tuscany.

first off let me say we love our new RV and the experience we had with McKee RV! From the very beginning stages of the buying process all the way through until the very day we took our new RV home has been nothing short of a absolute pleasure to deal with. Charlie help us along with every step of the way and was very patient and understanding of what we were looking for in our new coach. Hew also listened very well and never put any pressure on us which we very much appreciated. He was also very knowledgeable on the different products they offer at McKee RV which was also very helpful in picking out our new RV. Overall I would definitely recommend McKee RV to anyone and everyone, The entire staff was a pleasure to work with and the service department was very friendly and thorough with with our walk through and any questions we had they were happy to answer.

i bought a chevy equinox almost two years ago, since then i have taken the car for service at least 6 times, the warranty states that if you are with in 40 miles of selling dealer you must return in to the dealer for repairs, i live 50 miles away from the dealer and the warranty dont let me take it anywhere else but there, there is always something wrong with the car, the window was fix twice for the same problem then a few more problems came up with the electrical system. my brother bought a car there as well and he has taken it for reapirs several times. THESE CARS LOOK GOOD BUT THEY ARE JUNK... and way over price for the quality of vehicle you are getting. not a good place to buy a car.

Absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Jon and his guys. My wife and I purchased a 08 Yukon from them. The vehicle was exactly as described. They worked out a deal with me on my trade, no pressure. Pleasant atmosphere. Stayed late to accommodate our long drive and work schedules. Also they were able to get a missing piece for the truck and mail it to me. I will definitely check these guys out next time I am in the market for a new vehicle.

I had a very unpleasant experience with them and do not recommend it to anyone, i got a car at that dealer and I gave a lot of payments to an employee and the employee stole more than $ 3,000 of all the payments I DID, and I proved to the owners about those stolen payments they told me that I had to pay for ALL the missing money!!!! they said they have known their employee for years and they do not know me so i have to pay!

John and crew really worked with us to get us in the RV we wanted at the price we wanted. Charlie took time to show us RVs and we never felt rushed. When we took possession of the RV we bought Charlie showed us how to work everything and test everything giving us all the time we needed to be comfortable with the RV. I would and have recommended Mckee RV to others.

Randy from McKee RV saved our vacation today. We left for a long trip and woke up to no hot water. A call to McKee that Randy answered led to him going the extra mile to help me troubleshoot and resolve the issue. When I first talked to McKee, I was told that their service was excellent. I was searching for a good used Motor home. I must have test drove 15 MH from individual owners and Dealers...but I discovered that Mckee RV had GREAT prices on all of their inventory...No need to worry about bargaining hard to get a good deal. Jon was professional and good to work with.

Be careful buying a used rv from McKee. Ours did not have the tanks drained, in fact they were plugged. Despite what they told us, it was not fully checked out before we took delivery
