I will not be back, came to get my car checked out. They have terrible customer service skills, and organization. I simply came to get 4 things checked, first of all I did not recieve a call informing me that they had not even touched my car after I had scheduled two weeks ahead. Being left without my vehicle the next day having to work that morning, then when he did check it out, he slipped in random costs of having to check this and that out without informing me until I had to call just to figure out why they had kept my car over night. When I had came to pick my car up, I was then told I owed money that I hadnt agreed to pay in the first place for "checking the car" for this and that. Technician was then rude when I had asked why the outrageous expense for a check up. I will definitely not be returning! Rude, disrespectful, and over priced. Save your time and money and go to a REAL mechanic.

I had taken my vehicle to several places & no one could figure out what was going on with my vehicle. They were recommending replacing all sorts of things & spending hundreds of dollars just hoping it would fix the problem. Mr. Adams seemed much more knowledgeable when diagnosing my problem. He correctly found that it was the water pump but then told me that it was not even necessary to fix right away. This was such a reprieve to the original place Rogers auto that told me I had to replace the radiator & my whole coolant system or my vehicle would blow up. Thanks for your honesty & professionalism Mr. Adams. It is a rarity in this industry.

Weve been taking our cars here for over 11 years, and we have full confidence that Rick Adams will do his best each time to fix them right. He never finds "extra" things wrong to pad your bill, and he admits upfront if your car has a problem that is better handled by a specialty shop. He explains the problems in a direct and simple way without talking down to you or making you feel dumb. His estimates for the repairs are always right on the money--no surprises with the bill when you pick up the car. Hes an honest guy, and I wouldnt think of taking my cars elsewhere.

Rick is an honest guy who does great work, quickly, at reasonable prices. We have trusted him with our vehicle repairs for almost 15 years now and have never been disappointed. When we had overheating issues with a minivan the dealer recommended an entire system replacement for many hundreds of dollars. We took it to Adams and Rick came up with a much, MUCH less expensive solution which fixed the problem and saved us of a lot of time and money. Why you would go to the dealer for their overpriced service is beyond me.
