I have lost my trust in Meineke and I will be taking my future business elsewhere, and I recommend you do the same. I have been a loyal customer to Rath Auto for 5 years. I have bought the last two trucks I have owned off of their lot and have had all regular maintenance on my personal truck, as well as my work truck provided by Meineke. I brought my personal truck to them on 12/28/15 for an oil change, tire rotation, and to figure out why my alarm on my truck was going off randomly. I picked up my truck off of their lot and drove straight home. When I arrived in my driveway I was unable to get out of my truck because the interior door handle was broken. I called Meineke when I pulled in the driveway (15 minutes after leaving their shop) and I informed them that it was broken and I was told that it was impossible for them to have broken the handle because they never took apart my door panel. By that logic it is also impossible that I had broke the door handle in the 15 minute commute home, because I had not taken apart my door panel. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I paid them another $215 to fix my now broken door handle, $130 for parts, double the price for parts compared to those I found online, but I was confident I would get a quality product from them, and another $85 for labor. When I picked my truck up that afternoon, I find the new handle is nowhere near the quality of my original handle. I spoke with the mechanic and I told him I’m unhappy with the cheap look and feel of it. Without ever laying eyes on it, he knows exactly what I’m talking about. He informs me that if I would like to get my handle back to the original quality I will need to pay another $600 and buy a completely new door panel. Had I known I was buying a poor quality part, I would have saved my money and fixed my truck properly. -Derrick Johnson

I was driving through Ft Smith when my a/c went out. This wouldnt have been a major issue except for the fact that it was June 28th so around 100f outside, I had a six week old puppy in the car with me, and I had another 8 hours of driving left to do. I found a Meineke on my Garmin and ended up in the wrong place. I finally called and the gentleman on the other end of the line was patient, gave me directions, and reassured me theyd be waiting. When I arrived they were quick to fit me in and rather than giving me the most expensive option (a new compressor) they listened to my situation and went with the fix that best worked for me rather than the most expensive fix they could think of. They explained before hand that their solution may not last but it should get me through the rest of my drive and it was the cheapest and fastest fix. On my way out the manager (I assume) stopped me, realizing I was headed back to I-40, he gave me directions for the fastest way back to the interstate which took almost 30 minutes off of my drive. I was terrified that, as an alone single female, I was going to be encouraged to go the most expensive route and instead they went out of their way to save me money and get me on my way quickly.

Whenever you think of big brands you really think youre going to get a standard and surgical experience but my dealings with Meineke has been anything but. Every time theyve wowed me. Im always one to shop for price and sometimes have been burned but rarely will you find a place that can deliver on price and customer service. When an oil change took a bit longer, they gave it to me for free. Out of 5 shops I called they were the cheapest out the door price on two tire replacements. Save your time and just go with these guys already. I know Im a cheap bastard but these guys really make me want to shop here no matter what they charged. Excellent team and really a great business.

Generally my fiancee does all the maintenance on our vehicle. Due to his back injury from serving in the military he cant do what he once was able to do. We decided to use Meineke since we had just used them in Texarkana where we broke down the day before. If there was an option for more than 5 stars we would most definitely give them to Phillip Matlock. He went above and beyond what was expected. We were totally thrilled with the service given to us and completely overwhelmed with the kindness he showed. We will most assuredly continue to bring our business here and I will always highly recommend Meineke to anyone needing any kind of car service.

Rath Auto Sales is the best place to buy a car in the river valley. The staff was very nice and friendly, they do not pressure you. They go above and beyond to get you in the car of your choice. My experience with the whole meineke crew has been exceptional. Went in for an oil change and found out they could give me an awesome deal on my tires. A month later I have 4 brand new tires on my car thanks to these guys. Everyone here is nice and treats all of their customers in a friendly welcoming attitude. Wont b going anywhere else from now on

The service department is great. They looked at my brakes and they were good even though I was thinking they needed changed. They wont just tell you what you want to hear. They also let me know how bad my tires really were. So I got tires instead and my drive has improved :-)

Phillip and all the mechanics do a great job, always. I couldnt recommend another place as this is the only place I trust 100% with my vehicle. A/C to tires to oil changes....they even do tune-ups and brakes. I have 144,000+ miles on my vehicle to vouch for these guys.
