J&C We will not be using City View Plumbing in the future. They were recommended to us when we purchased our new home and for the first couple of visits were odecent on A/C and minor plumbing issues but soon the extra charges started coming- truck charges for standard parts you would think they would carry and excessive labor charges. The last visit - a check up prior to winter was nearly $400 for a 90 minute visit with 2 standard replacement filters -- were gone -- Too bad for them -- we were loyal until we felt taken advantage.

We have lived in our house since it was new in 1973. City View has been the only plumbing contractor we have ever used. The last time they were here was New Years Eve Day when our main drain from the house to the septic tank plugged. They were at our house in less than two hours and cleared the drain. Over the years they have repaired or replaced quite a few things including a water heater. They have always been courteous and have left the site clean. I would not hesitate to have them do the job!

Nice furnace repair people. Knowledgable. Very high priced. Shockingly high. Cadillac pricing for a service repairman. Exceptionally large bill to do what amounted to a tightening of screws. Guess what it cost to tighten blower motor? $250? No $300? No. $356.00! Needless to say, I called and they offered a slight reduction.

They are prompt, smart, inventive yet analytical and are careful in our home. And their rates are reasonable. Its always satisfying to talk to Quinn, Scott, Jeremy, Jackie, and Carl and the others.

Great service and price. Developed a leak on a Friday afternoon just before leaving for vacation. Technician was on site immediately and fixed the repair fast. I was expecting a huge bill for an emergency repair but the cost was very fair (~$150). The tech was personable and very competent. Work was very clean.

Have both a heat pump and forced Air system. Nice to find somebody that really understands what they are doing. I had to replace dampers in a zone system to balance the heating and cooling in three zones. All zones are now exactly as they should be. Love these Guys
