Today is 5/31/17...the damage you see to my yard was done on 2/28/17 by KK Heating & Plumbing...they were sent to my home by HSA for a plumbing repair. In leaving my property the KK employee decided to back down my driveway rather than turn around by the house and the result is the damage you see. The employee called me from my driveway to say "that he doesnt drive too well ". No kidding!! I sent photos of the damage to KK and spoke to Eldon who from 2/28/27 until today has been promising to have the damage repaired. Today I contacted HSA ( spoke with Customer Service Rep Chris ) who called Eldon w/KK. Eldon told Chris that KK is too busy this week and would come out next week. I would seriously think twice before doing business with AHS and would definitely NEVER do business with KK Plumbing and Heating. By the way they did not repair the problem they came to my home for...they charged me $75 and tore up my yard. VERY UNHAPPY WITH BOTH COMPANIES. HSA for choosing such a poor company to represent them in Minnesota and KK for not completing the repair and for not being professional enough to follow through on your promise to repair the yard. Its now been over 3 months. Shame......UPDATE....its now 7/21/17 still nothing done after numerous emails sent to KK with no response. The damage to the yard has caused erosion next to our driveway causing additional damage. One more attempt to get KK to repair - if nothing - then we will be involving the legal system. Think twice before you trust a Service Company like AHS to send a company you know nothing about to do repairs on one of your biggest investments - YOUR HOME. AHS does nothing to resolve and KK...well if youve read the above you see that they are very unprofessional...its 7/21/17 - the damage was done on 2/28/17. Ill keep updating.

I have no clue how these guys are in business still. I put in a service request last Wednesday through my home warranty to get a leaking pipe repaired and was assigned KK Heating & Plumbing. After not hearing anything from them by Friday, I called and left a message asking to get an appointment scheduled. I contacted the home warranty company on Saturday after still not hearing anything from KK Heating & Plumbing. They called KKs emergency line and left a message telling them to contact me. Finally a couple hours after, KK called me to set up an appointment which was supposed to be today between 2 and 4. I took PTO today to leave work early to get there for the appointment, which they never showed up for. I called KK at 4 and was told that Mike must be running behind and would try to get in touch with him and would call me back. After waiting a half hour and hearing nothing, I tried calling KK back. They didnt answer, so I called the home warranty company to see if they could see what was going on. KK Heating & Plumbing told the warranty company that they didnt have availability today and would have to come on Wednesday instead. An hour and a half later KK finally called to tell me an excuse why Mike couldnt make the appointment. After reading all of their negative reviews here and on Yelp, thankfully I was able to get the home warranty company to assign me to a new plumber.

Agree with below- if I could give them a lower rating I would. Do not even think about using this company. They were supposed to come out to look at my basement toilet, which was not working. The guy spent about a minute looking at it, said and I quote “eh, I think it’s going to work for you.” And then spent a subsequent 15+ minutes sitting on my stairs campaigning for K&K to put in a new water softener. I am not exaggerating any of this. I paid a $75 service fee to listen to the guy jockey for a commission on a water softener. By the way, it also took over a half dozen phone calls and 3 weeks to get a copy of my inspection paperwork from K&K. When I finally received it, it references a toilet model number that is not present on ANY toilet in my house. Save yourself the trouble and use BWK. They were wonderful- professional, prompt, and helpful.

Avoid these guys if possible. K&K was sent to my house through our AHS home warranty. They scheduled an appointment for 8:00am and I stayed home from work that morning to show them our plumbing issue. At 9 am I called the owner to find out where his guy was and they said they would call me back. By 10:30 Mike showed up hungover from the night before. He left our shower taken apart and unusable until they could talk to the warranty people and find out if they could do the work. A week later with our shower still not functioning, AHS informs me they dont cover the repair. Throughout the process K&K conducted themselves in an unprofessional manner. I would find another plumber if possible.

If I could give this company a lower rating than 1 star I would. Every interaction with them was unprofessional and disrespectful. They called me and the first thing the man yelled at me was "Who is this?" I said excuse me and he said, "Oh I guess I should start with who I am". Then they lied to the warranty company and said they came to my house at the scheduled time but never showed up. They did eventually come out to fix it and didnt. I then paid out of my own pocket to go outside of the warranty company to fix the problem on my own.

This guy is SO incredibly rude and he avoids work. We had him through AHS as well. He did an AC unit install incorrectly, and we even had him back a couple of times to fix it, and he claimed everything was fine. Well now here we sit with a AC unit that doesnt work, and weve been trying to work out something with him 2 weeks. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive had K&K out for several plumbing problems in my home. Every single time they responded right away (all HSA home warranty claims), came out the very next day, and were friendly and professional. They worked around my schedule and my dogs. I highly recommend them.

These guys dont pull permits for work they are doing. Probably because the work they do doesnt meet code. If you want an unprofessional, grumpy person to show up in a personal vehicle, with no real skill, these is the company to call.

Greg came out on time and found the problem, he was polite, worked quickly, explained what needed to be fixed and promptly went about his work and fixed the furnace. Wish all service work went this smooth.

I contacted K&K through AHS Home Warranties. K&K sent Eldon out to repair an HVAC problem. He was friendly, experienced, and seemed to be able to figure out what no one else could.

Take your money and run! Go to the nearest actual plumber. Unqualified, in cahoots with AHS, we will be seeking legal advice.
