Despite the very long lines and longer-than-average wait times, I will drive out of my way, again, to visit this location. The quality of the food, the friendliness of the staff and even the polite customers makes Chick-Fil-A a MUCH WELCOMED establishment in the Twin Cities. Oh, and now I dont have to purchase an airline ticket so I can get through security at the airport to get me some chikin...... I had the spicy sandwich and a regular chikin sandwich w/ fries and a drink. Waited about 15 minutes for my order, but.... that was because it was lunch time, there were 30 orders before mine, and the staff worked VERY hard to accomodate EVERYONE in line. McGarbage, Burger Dump, Windies, Underground Tunnel in DC sub shop, and everyone else - Let it be known, theres a new player in town, and youve seen their commercials - these cows REALLY want you to eat some more chikin!!!!! (yes, I know Ive misspelled chicken the entire post....) The the Chick-Fil-A organization - Keep up the great work, I cant wait for the one to open in Apple Valley or Burnsville, wherever it is, its about 30 miles closer to my house..... THANKS!

We came to Minneapolis for the girls volleyball Junior National Championships, chaperoning the team. With our schedules, we needed catered food they would be sure to enjoy, delivered warm and late in the evening(s). We knew going in that Chik-fil-a would be enjoyed. The pleasant surprise was how friendly and accommodating the staffers at Chik-fil-a were at this Maple Grove location. Kristi was great, and of course Nancy turned out to be our guardian angel - an absolute savior and now an unofficial part of our team, forever. We ordered the individual meals for the first night plus a side platter, and it was spot on - both in the excellence of the food and timing. We then had a second meal the third night which was just as fabulous. Thank you Nancy and the Chik-fil-a team for making our MN trip a success!

Not much variety, but what they have is quite good. They are closed Sundays (which is as it should be anyway). I like the spicy chicken sandwich, although I dont think that (as it says on the wrapper) that it may cause mouth fires - its just a flavorful spicy. The Cole slaw is good, the fruit cups seem to be mostly apple. I am especially appreciative of their can do attitude, as I often want lunch to go at 10 AM (And lunch officially starts at 10:30), theyll make me lunch sandwiches, I just have to wait about 5 Min. extra. I do find it amusing that they want your name when you order (I use a different one each time, I havent used Yoda or Obiwan yet though).

I brought my grandchildren for lunch and milkshakes. We went through the drive through which was quite busy. Immediately after driving off my grandson realized there was a puncture in the bottom of his cup and it began leaking. I called the number on the receipt and was told to just get come through again and they would replace. This was not easy because now I had to return to the long line with a dripping milkshake. It would have been nice if someone would have come out with a replacement. It was my first experience at Chick-fil-A and Im not inclined to return.

The first person To help me was a guy named Nate. He was extremely rude and had an attitude. When I got my food from a girl I think her name was jade I told her that my order was incorrect and she acted concerned but when she turned around she never came back. I was over it at that point. As I was finishing up I noticed Nate giving his peers free meals and Im almost positive that is not allowed. Also one of their "managers" Angie was on her phone right at the register. Talk about unprofessional. Worst Chick fil a ever. Im surprised they are still open.

4:15 p.m. on a Thursday and the place is a disaster! Soda spilled all around garbage can and rim. Glitter all over the booths & floor. Ladies room paper towel machine was broken. Windows are filthy with hand prints all over them. The chicken strips, lemonade, & waffle frys were great; but with the place being such a mess, it makes you wonder about the areas you cant see! There had to be 5 employees standing around doing nothing & only one gal was trying to clean up all the spills etc. Must have really poor management.

Good food been here a couple times, last visit was not the greatest experience. Waited 15 minutes for our food, as we where watching others that came in after us getting there food, we finally asked about our order. They some how misplaced it. But got are food out to us, chicken sandwich was wrong but they fixed this to. Glad we where in no hurry!! Plus we got free cookies. Will be back I fell they where training new people in. Manager was pleasant and handled the whole situation with class.

I certainly like the fact that they try to be different with their food. Definitely NOT the simple Lettuce, Cheese, Chicken, and Mayo type sandwich food that you can find at Burger King, Wendys, and McDonalds. The chicken is juicy and decent tasting, but overall there was nothing about the service, the atmosphere, or even the taste of the food that makes it memorable for me. And the price for the product is just too high for my liking.

I dont get back here often enough! Tonight I had the Chick Delux meal with a side of C.fil.A sauce. The sandwich was great, the fries were a little soggy but still very good, and my Arny Palmer was spot on! The sauce ties everything together so well. The only thing I was bummed about was the side of cheese sauce I got. I thought it lacked flavor and it didnt really go well with my fries or sandwich. Oh well, Im glad I tried it.

One of the few chains left that truly knows what customer service is. They are awesome every single time. Theres no better option for families with little kids- theyve thought of everything. Order in the drive-thru and your food can be waiting for you at a table set up with a highchair. There are adhesive table protectors so kids can put their food on the table. Everything is even relatively clean.

Long time customer at Chic-fil-A. I had a great experience here with nice staff and my food looked quite tasty. My only complaint is that I have to drive several minutes to get there. They are pretty busy but they have fast service so dont worry too much if there is a long line. I usually go with the classic deluxe sandwich. A peach shake doesnt hurt either

The Maple Grove Chick-fil-A seating was very cramped, isles were so close to each other, people were bumping into each other, kids were screaming non-stop in the play area which was in the middle of the eating area so you could not hear the person across from you speak. The Chicken tenders were not done. It felt like we were at a day care or McDonalds.

Excellent food but a dog ran in to the restaurant and a very flustered looking dig walker came running after him. The Staffs response was unorthodox... they evacuated the restaurant but didnt notice that I was stuck in the slide at the play center. The staff put on masks and tried to scare the dog, it looked very rehearsed. glad i got to see it
