I have thoroughly enjoyed working with The Right Staff, especially my staffing agent Regan Schwartz. I first applied for a contract position in January of 2017, however, due to either my schedule or not the right fit, I was unable to find a role with the agency. Nevertheless, in early May, I received a call from Regan, in the Maple Grove office, inviting me to interview for an Office Manager Role. The interview was a huge success, though I was a bit nervous about the role, given some of the detailed responsibilities. Nonetheless, as I have been working the role for awhile, it has been truly the right fit for me at this time in my life. Furthermore, Regan has batted for me to include a raise within the first week of being with company, she has listened to my concerns and has been very attentive that I might have, especially in the beginning days. She has especially stayed in tuned during this transition, making sure that I have been satisfied with my new position. Regan is truly one of a kind; a great encourager and supportive staffing agent. Every Contractor MUST have a Regan Schwartz in their life. Hats off to Regan Schwartz and The Right Staff for all of your hard work!!!

There are many important pieces to a puzzle when working with a staffing agency. However, some of the most important pieces to complete the puzzle of staffing involves the contractor, the client and the employee. Are you working for a staffing agency that has forgotten that you are one of the most important pieces, or an agency that does not consider the shoe that you’re currently wearing is not a good fit, or do more hearing than listening? The Right Staff Agency has been a direction changer for me. When I gave up on them, they did not give up on me. The Right Staff listens, they make sure you know you are an important piece to the puzzle. They’re always following up rather via email, or phone to make sure the shoe you’re trying on feels comfortable, and not too snug, giving you the opportunity to keep the shoes. Ultimately, if the shoe is too tight, they will be sure to give you other shoes to try! (Figuratively speaking!) The RIGHT STAFF agency is the right fit for all levels of staffing needs! The agency has a fair selection of jobs to choose from and theyre pretty good about working with you and your needs. As this is being written Tammie is my agent and she is very prompt at responding to my questions or concerns. Also, she is very caring, making sure those under assignment with her are comfortable at their job and doing well.

Honestly dont recommend this company at all. I would give them a 0 star if possible. Not only are they very rude and un organized, but their job postings are false! Search the reviews of this company before applying or wasting your time. Im actually in the process of a BBB complaint against them. Apply at your own risk!!

Horrible place, horrible people, what kind of "temp agency" has people actually WAIT outside till their appointment? They dont offer "high class / high paying" jobs. Very rude to walk in and since you are 10 minutes early they just tell you to go back outside. Ridiculous...
