I was working with Lexi S. (Alexa Schiffman) and Michael Renz from the engineering department. They helped me a lot to prepare for interviews. As soon as Lexi knew that a position was opening that fit my skill set she notified me. Very shortly after applying they both contacted me and wanted me to come in to meet them. They answered all my questions about interviews and provided information about what the hiring manger was looking for in each position. Lexi also notified me of many opening positions not just one. I just had to tell her what I was open to and she found many within weeks. Since they knew the hiring managers personally they also recommended me what’s the best thing to say and ask that was best for that manger. They helped me repaired for each interview and personally recommended the managers that I was best for the role. I had my first interview within a week through Lexi and Mike and landed a position within 5 weeks. I’ve had bad experience with Aerotek before (different location) but these guys were awesome to work with and I would only ask for Lexi and Mike if I was going through Aerotek again.
