If i could give no stars I would. I took my 7yr old son there to get a haircut and I dont know where to begin with the f*** ups. We wanted a simple 1 & 2 with a star on the side of his head. Everything about the cut was totally f***ed up. Instead of someone stepping in and taking over they decided to practice on my sons head. The two guys (one cutting my sons hair and another who also worked there) went back and forth on who could do the job better and how messed up it looked. What grown ass men talk that way in front of customers especially to making fun of a childs haircut while cutting his hair. This place is very unprofessional and total garbage. If you cant cut hair you should even be working as a barber. I didnt even want to pay for the cut but I still did because like the other comment said its hair it will grow back, unlike there professionalism, common sense, common courtesy and knowledge on how to do their job correctly wont. #StraightKlowns

Read a couple of the reviews and I disagree with some of the reviews the barbers in this shop are friendly and seem easy going, I will say the only draw backs to this shop is that they do not accept appointments on the weekend therefor it can be quite of a wait, Although the sign in process can be quite annoying the third time I came in for a cut recently they had a young lady at the desk who was friendly and greeted me and asked if I needed help signing in which was nice of her to ask, All the barbers at this shop can cut, by watching while having to wait I didnt see a bad haircut while I was there.

sat and sunday you are unable to make appointments i work in the mall so i was there before the store opened and the first one in and signed in as well. ive waited two and a half hours and have been told three times now your after so and so your after this person. i even called and was told i was next so i came back to the shop from work and waited another hour. i still didnt get in and when inquired was told it would still be another person infront of me NOW a hour later still no word. want a good shop go to quality cuts in st paul dont bother wasting your time here

This company claims to be family friendly?! What a joke! If you want unprofessionalism at its finest then go here! You will hear all sorts of discussions amongst the barbers including conversations about marijuana, degradation of women, and much more. Sad part is that this workforce consists of a bunch of grown men who behave as if they just graduated from pre school. Excellent job you guys keep up the horrific professionalism! Dont claim to be family friendly if none of you barbers can maintain a remote sense of professionalism and maturity.

Every review actually written is super accurate. They pick and choose on weekends even though you cant make appointments. They are immature and passive aggressive. Terrible customer service. If they werent in the mall they would have no customers. Average barbers taking the amount of customers as a testament to their skills when its a product of being in a mall. Step your game up gents.

Dont waste your time coming to this shop. You will get overcharged for a below decent hair cut. I got charged $28 for a haircut and ($23) and $5 for "working on my face" which they only cut my sideburns... so not quite sure how that works out. Take your money and business elsewhere, not worth the 2-3 weeks that you will spend trying to grow your hair back.

Love my boys barber Carl he is so nice, professional & the best barber I have encountered yet his cuts are always a perfect 10 & just sitting there waiting for my boys I see some of the nicest haircuts by the other barbers as well go see them they will hook you up!

No person can beat barbers up Final Cuts. Hair is always on point friendly and fast. Can say Ive never left thinking it will look better in a few days. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!
