I wont book with A1 anymore after I was treated so badly the last time I booked with this travel agency. My husband and I had booked our flights with A1 for 5 times with no hassle until the 6th time when I so badly needed to go home as my father passed away. I felt that I was treated rudely and was responded with "This is to prevent fraud..." even after I explained myself that I was willing to go to their office after I see some travel options first. Sandy did send me an itinerary with 15 hours layover in South Korea. I explained that Id prefer an itinerary with a shorter layover since my father just passed away and I wanted to be home as soon as possible. The response I got was, "this is the best pricing we have for travel tomorrow..." and was not offered another option. I ended up searching a better itinerary with a better pricing on Google then sent it to Sandy. Overall, just not a good experience with the last booking. Gone were the days when Katherine and Raelee were around to help with great customer service.
