I have had AAA for over 5 years and always had great service. Whenever I have needed roadside assistance, I go through the automated system quickly and then someone one the other end is with me promptly and is always polite. Yes,s sometimes it takes awhile for the tow driver to get there, but that is not on AAA, I understand that has to do with the tow truck services who are there own separate company. AAA has also helped me deal with tow truck drivers who have been less than polite or have shown up late. Then again, I have also had tow truck drivers show up in a matter of 5 minutes! That was awesome! I have also planned vacations through AAA and they have saved me lots of money and headaches. Wonderful travel agents in Burnsville! Ill be planning my honeymoon with them. I save money at every hotel I stay at, and even ask about discounts at restaurants I go to... I dont care if that sounds cheap, I love a good deal :) Very polite people and they obviously care about their customers.

AAA MN Roadside "Service" If you have this "service" you had better not be in a hurry because you can expect to wait a VERY long time wading through automated menus with no option of bypassing on to a live person. A friend of mine slid off the road and into a ditch. Before sending a tow truck they sent the police because they suspected drunk driving. Even if you have this service for free I wouldnt expect them to be much help. They have a reputation that does not reflect there throughput. Friends that owe you one are a much more covenant option.
