Absolutely horrible experience, instructors are rude and locking in any customer service. They do not even try to make you feel welcome, all is going on is that they are trying very hard to sell you one of their programs that costs upward of $600 and if you decide not to buy it, then they really do not have any desire to teach you anything. We bought the four dancing lessons on Amazon and had to call Amazon to request our money back since the experience was that bad. And do not even think that you might be able to complain to the owner, her only response to us was that we do not have to come back. We took lessons in couple of different studios in Florida and Minneapolis, this was by far the worse experience we ever had. Save your time , money and a lot of aggravation, take your dance lesson at he welcoming professional place, where they value you as a customer and appreciate you business.

One of the best decisions Ive made in my adult life has been taking that introductory lesson at the Arthur Murray Edina studio. I thought I would take a few lessons just to learn the basics of dancing. That was four years ago and Im still taking lessons. Very positive environment, with an enthusiastic staff that is happy to help you achieve your goals, whether those goals are an upcoming wedding dance, performance or competition, social dancing, or just becoming familiar with different styles of dance. In addition to private lessons there are group classes nightly, practice parties weekly, performance events and other social outings multiple times a year. At this studio you can have as much fun as you want to. Highly recommended for those who like dancing or who are just looking to try something new. Great atmosphere, great staff. A fine way to spend an evening.

The instructor we worked with was really nice, but I wouldnt recommend this as the best place to go to learn your first dance for your wedding. They are definitely more focused on increasing skills long-term and that just wasnt what we were looking for. Although we were open about what we needed, our lessons were very slow moving and the main focus seemed to be making money. The last 1/4 of each class was sitting in an office talking about buying another package. If youre looking for something more focused on exactly what you want, I would HIGHLY recommend Caitlin with First Dance Twin Cities.

I have enjoyed my experience learning to dance with the Staff at Arthur Murray a great deal. My dancing skills have improved many-fold and my circle of friends has grown considerably. I recommend both dancing and learning how or improving whatever dancing skills you may already have with Arthur Murray and its methods and instructors.

We came to the studio four years ago to take a few lessons to get ready for dancing at a holiday party. Weve taken lessons ever since. The instructors are great and always come up with something new and fun for us to learn, and we’ve met some great new friends along the way.

The instructors are highly professional and are unwavering in their encouragement. My husband and I signed up for a few lessons befor our sons wedding 18 months ago. We still go tot least once a week. Its a blast.

Too expensive for the services provided and lack of availability for more seasoned instructors drove me away. Customer service varies in quality and pressure is placed on students to perform and spend more money.
